Description: SCP-4632 is a black sock that emits faint black smoke that is able to fit into any foot size of any animal, and is to be tested by Level 4 clearance researchers- —Level 2-3 Clearance only O5 Command only. SCP-4632 is only active when any sentient being is to put the sock on. When the SCP-4632 is worn, the wearer's worst fear will instantly appear in front of the wearer in a physical form which will be classified as SCP-4632-A.Anyone above clearance level 2 are prohibited from wearing SCP-4632

Result: A humanoid figure with a metal triangular prism as a head, known from the popular series "Silent Hill". Shortly afterwards D-8241 was eviscerated and both were terminated

Result: An eye ball approximately 6 feet tall and started speaking Arabic in 140 decibels in a very deep voice D-8423 returned to cell temporally deaf and shortly afterwards, SCP-4632-A terminated when it proceeded to emit gamma radiation, killing 4 guards and 2 senior researchers

Subject:** Dr. Evens
Result: A 2x2 meter solid cube made of an unknown material surrounded the subject and began decreasing in volume, 30 seconds later screaming and cracking was heard inside the box. 60 seconds later and the box has disappeared. Some of the researchers present suggested that Dr.Evens' worst fear was Claustrophobia.

All future testing with researchers has been discontinued by O5 Command. If anyone aware of SCP-096 ,SCP-106 ,SCP-169, and SCP-682, then it may cause a threat to the foundation and all of humanity. SCP-4632 may continue testing with D-class personnel if allowed by O5 Command in the near future.
