SCP-3065

Discovered in a thrift store located in the Chelsea district of New York City. 1095 manifests in the form of an old classical style acoustic guitar. Whilst its origins are unknown previous owners have been traced back to the early 1930's. Upon first inspection 3065 does appear to merely be an acoustic guitar, however when picked up and played the victim will fall into a trance, continuously playing 7 notes on repeat. Those who hear the playing describe it near universally as 'haunting' also describing a feeling of emptiness and despair, gradually fading into intense, inescapable primal fear usually leading them to swiftly exit wherever the musician is and run until they are out of earshot of the music. once the music is no longer audible the listener will break down into tears, usually assuming the foetal position, and refusing to talk, eat, drink, or sleep for at least 24 hours post exposure.
As for the unassuming musician they will continue to play and refuse to stop or do anything else until they simply waste away. depending on the individual in 3-4 hours visible bleeding sores will emerge on fingertips, these wounds will continually get worse, usually becoming infected after a day or two, this infection seems to have little effect on the musician who will continue to play whilst pus and blood begins to coagulate on the instruments fret board and strings. dehydration also seems not to affect the musician and they will go on until skeletal in appearance, seeming only to stop upon death from total starvation.
Any recorded attempts to forcibly remove 3065 from the musician will result in anger and aggression from them, this often results in attacks, during which they exhibit superhuman strength, stamina, and pain tolerance, regardless of how long they've gone without eating, or how much muscle wasting has occurred as a direct result. Due to this strength the individual who attempted to remove the instrument will often be killed, usually in a particularly excessive and spectacular manner (previous examples include an unnamed SCP agent who had his windpipe forcibly torn out by the victim who inadvertently discovered 3065, an attack in which the musician took 10 9mm rounds from the deceased agents partner without visible discomfort). After the individual trying to take the instrument has either fled or been killed the musician will return to playing
It has been noted by experts who have listened to recordings of the music (having similar yet far milder symptoms to those who hear it in person) that the notes do not form any conventionally recognised scale, on top of this the individual notes do not match the sound wave patterns of any notes playable on any conventional instruments, on top of this computers tasked with recognising and replicating the notes will merely produce a high pitched whine and proceed to crash
After the instrument was recovered from the starved corpse of 3065's hapless discoverer by the surviving member of the dispatched field team it was brought to an undisclosed secure facility in North America, SCP researchers recommended destroying the instrument, however it proved resistant to temperatures upward of 2000 degrees Celsius, blunt force trauma in excess of 15 tons, and attempts to cut its strings will industrial cutting disks, and lasers. After this was established it was briefly studied (leading to the aforementioned details being known)
It was transferred to an undisclosed facility in Europe roughly 2 years ago, at which point it was encased in 3 cubic meters of concrete, and is currently kept in a secure vault, observably guards with an ability to play guitars are often entranced by the cube and often ask what it contains, after this their patrol patterns must be changed as multiple SCP security personnel have reported hearing the instrument 'calling them' and in 2 cases have begun trying to removes 3065 from the concrete with rifle butts or bare hands, only appearing to calm down over a kilometre from the instrument and having to be dragged away by their comrades (expressing unusual yet not superhuman strength in the process)
