Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5606 is to be contained in a standard anomalous objects vault. During testing, only one person is to be allowed inside SCP-5606's chamber.
Description: SCP-5606 is an empty alcohol spray bottle composed of polyethylene terephthalate (polyester). It has a capacity of 250 mL. When SCP-5606 is used, it sprays the blood of any complex lifeform present within a distance of approximately 1.75 m (5.74 ft) from the object. Despite its capacity, it is capable of spraying up to 400 mL of blood per second. Due to this, death by exsanguination can occur in as early as 9 seconds. Subjects terminated through 5606-exsanguination decay much faster than normal humans would, with some subjects fully decomposing within 20 days. SCP-5606's anomalous properties disappear completely when it is filled with any liquid.
Origin Information: SCP-5606 was recovered from the house of Mr. Hansel Robert Grey (PoI-5606-1) in [REDACTED], Tennessee following reports of the death of █ people after one person tried to use an empty spray bottle. Object was recovered by Mobile Task Force █████-█ on ██/██/██ and moved to Site-██.
