Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4607 is to be contained inside of a 7x7x7(m) steal wall with *ABSOLUTELY NO* traces of anything black below RGB #141400 unless authorized by a Level 5 personal. During transportation, SCP-4607 must be enclosed in steal encloser of the size required of the transportation method. During transportation, the same rules regarding color must be followed.

SCP-4607 is generally co-operative around all humanoids unless anything below RGB #141400 is shown. This even includes compliance to being apprehended.

It is not required to feed or provide any maintenance for SCP-4607, however, different experiments may require certain maintenance schedules.
