SCP-xxxx is to be provided with modified financial document for the foundation and any money asked for by SCP-xxxx is to be paid at the foundations earliest convenance and any money the item gives to the foundation is to be turned over to the banking heads.
Description: SCP-xxxx manifests in the waiting room of 05-1’s office starting on April 16th of every year and says that the SCP foundation is being audited. SCP-xxxx looks like and is genetically identical to humans and contains expected organs that a human should have. SCP-xxxx will appear either male or female in gender with varying ethnicity but it has been noted that instances tend to be middle aged men and most appear to be balding in some
Fashion.
SCP-xxxx can be killed by using conventional weapons but will only result in another instance of SCP-xxxx a few days later. This will continue until SCP-xxxx is allowed to look at book keeping records for the foundation. once scp has examined these records SCP-xxxx will request payments in varying amounts and will leave if paid that sum of money. If not paid occurrences of SCP-xxxx will continue to manifest as well as SCP-xxxx-1. See SCP-xxxx-1 for more information.
SCP-xxxx-1 is a envelope containing a letter from an organization called the Internal Revenue Service or IRS as the header of the letter states the contents of the letter is a bill for the same amount that SCP-xxxx asked for, if still not paid this amount of money will increase over time.
It has been noted by doctor Bright that SCP-xxxx can be tricked by a fake set of book keeping records that show the foundation as running at a loss. When SCP-xxxx is tricked in this manner SCP-xxxx will not ask for payment and may even give money to the foundation from the IRS itself. This method doesn’t even require the use of any memetic agents if the books are well written enough
GOC has reported similar happenings to the foundation experience prompting the foundation to give the GOC set of forged finical records for the GOC similar to what the foundation had given SCP-xxxx though foundation book keepers did not get them as much of a so called refund at the foundation got. 05 council has cleared the sharing of fake book keeping records to any persons foundation members or not and companies requesting help.
Note from site Director (data expunged) the church of the broken god and horizon initiative both seem to immune to SCP-xxxx. Foundation agents in the Horizon initiative say it has something to do with there religious affiliation. more study is needed to figure out the reason why this is.

Shorter male instances of SCP-xxxx are far more easily agitated. Approach with mild caution.
Addendum from 05 counsel SCP-xxxx is to always be kept under the idea that the foundation does not make a profit and is actually running at loss. All documentation given to SCP-xxxx should show that the foundation is a non profit. Failure on the part of any personnel, D class or anomalies will result in immediate erasure from the current time line.
It is imperative that we keep this entity away and at bay at all cost.
