Incident Log-Black-Box-1-D: 04/01/XX at 23:12SCP-Black-Box breaches containment. It is found at a local butcher shop and is re-contained without further incident. Under the guise of local law enforcement, Foundation agents close the affected store and make it seem like a robbery took place.2 Upon investigation, it is discovered that the cause of SCP-Black-Box's containment breach was the failure on the Foundation's3 Cafeteria Staff to provide the ground beef needed for the containment of SCP-Black-Box. All cafeteria staff are subsequently interrogated by Site Director [DATA REDACTED]
