Description: SCP-XXXX is an industrial size Cardboard Compactor. SCP-XXXX is about 1/3 of the way full of cardboard, and on top of that carboard is the subject known as ANTHONY VILLETO. The subject has been completely crushed by SCP-XXXX. Despite having been completely crushed the subject is screaming as though he is still being crushed. Notably, despite having been in SCP-XXXX for over 30 years the subject shows no signs of decay or break down. It is as though he is perpetually stuck in the moment of being crushed.
On the right-hand side of SCP-XXXX is a key that turns SCP-XXXX ON/OFF. When SCP-XXXX is turned ON it can be operated normally with a few notable exceptions that are known to cause an adverse reaction (see above). When SCP-XXXX is turned OFF the subject known as ANTHONY VILLETO falls dormate and SCP-XXXX is no longer operable. Despite following a normal compactors operations SCP-XXXX no longer requires electricity to run, and seemingly runs on its own power. Furthermore, the key doesn't seem necessary for SCP-XXXX to operate despite it turning ON/OFF. This conclusion has been reached because SCP-XXXX will have an adverse reaction whether the key is present or not.
SCP-XXXX started acting anomalous in 2001 when the subject known as ANTHONY VILLETO was thrown into the compactor and crushed. Before that SCP-XXXX seemed to operate as a normal machine in the grocery store ShopEZ for 3 years. The model and serial number on SCP-XXXX have been gathered, and the manufacture of SCP-XXXX have been thoroughly investigated. Nothing about Jimmy & Sons Manufacturing Co. indicates that SCP-XXXX was made under any anomalous circumstances.
Addendum: Administrator Lin-"After having thoroughly reviewed the incident, and all the police files these are my notes on the incident of Anthony Villeto being thrown into SCP-XXXX. Security footage shows three men entering the ShopEZ two minutes before Anthony Villeto was thrown into the compactor, and leaving immediately after. Multiple co-workers witnessed the act and gave police enough information for sketch artists to create accurate profiles for each man. Despite this no positive IDs have been made and no suspects or POI have been named.
Despite this I believe we have an accurate theory as too why this incident happened. While having no concrete connections between Anthony Villeto and the mafia have been made several witnesses say that he was seen no less than 4 separate times with Vinny Rossi who has known mafia connections. Whether Vinny Rossi was involved with throwing Anthony Villeto into the compactor is up to speculation, but the dominant theory is that it was a Mafia hit job. Why a Mafia hit would lead to the creation of an SCP is, and is likely to remain, unknown."
