Description: A Man wearing a full tuxedo and a top hat, with a brilliant looking beard, He seems to be around the age of forty or fifty, A birthmark is also located on his chest which seems to look like the big dipper for some odd reason
Additional notes: He was found on the moon during the July 20 1969 moon landing, Somehow he was breathing without the need of a space suit, Neil and Edwin were able to get the man to enter Apollo 11 as they recorded themselves on the moon. Once they landed back on earth the man was taken in by the SCP Foundation, When interviewed he seemed confused on all the technology being shown to him, when asked how he was on the moon he replied "I don't really know exactly, I was waking up, expecting to be in my bedroom, but instead of hearing my wife cooking in the kitchen I heard nothing, then my eyes opened up I looked around, I was on a rock floating in darkness, Then I saw a weird looking thing that had colors, I was so confused" It seemed that he didn't know that he was on the moon and what he saw was earth itself, when asked what day it is today for him he replies with "It's friday, 1904".

SCP 9906: "Good day chap, has it been a fine morning for you?"
Dr Hanz: "It's been quite well actually, quite rare for that to happen to me"

Dr Hanz: "Now, is there any questions you want to ask before we begin this interview?"
SCP 9906: "Yes, why am I still here? it's been ██ day's since I been here
Dr Hanz: "Actually, it's been years sir, don't you know that?"
SCP 9906: "What you talking about? Just █ Day's ago that nice man Neil invited me into his weird machine thing!"
Dr Hanz: "Oh, your talking about Mr Armstrong, He's passed away I'm afraid."
SCP 9906: "What! Since when?"
Dr Hanz: "Years ago sir, is that your only question?"
SCP 9906: "It can't be! Even though his face was covered in some glass he looked healthy and like he can climb a mountain!"
Dr Hanz: "Sir, if we can please move onto the questions now?"
SCP 9906: "Bah! Your a idiot, he didn't seem sick or looked like he was about to die, and I didn't hear anything about him dying on the radio! But since your so insistent on asking those silly questions, Go on, ask them"
Dr Hanz: "Great I guess, tell me, how were you able to survive up there on that rock you call it?"
SCP 9906: "Well, I don't know how to answer that, I just did, No food or water but I somehow managed to live!"
Dr Hanz: "Interesting, and what did you do to pass the time as you were on the giant rock?"
SCP 9906: "I studied these weird shining things in the sky, seemed like those stars we have back where I was"
Dr Hanz: "You mean stars? I'm assuming your talking about stars"
SCP 9906: "Yes! stars! that's it! You might not be dumb afterall"
Dr Hanz: "Alright, Do you know how long you were up there on that rock?"
SCP 9906: "Well, I did make a number of days I was there in my head, ticking off each day I was there for, I believed I was there for about, Bloody god I can't remember, Give me a minute!"
Dr Hanz: "Uh okay"
SCP 9906: "I believe it was nine days, No! can't be I think it was four? six?"
Dr Hanz: "Look, if you don't remember we can just move onto a new question"
SCP 9906: "No no! just give me a few more minutes, I'm so close to remembering!"

Closing Statement: SCP 9906 wasted half the interview trying to remember something that happened years ago, he was brought back to his room while he still tried to remember.
