Description: SCP …. is a white, luminous humanoid entity that has no apparent features typical in humans including primary and secondary sex characteristics. Body proportions show underdeveloped arm and leg muscles, as well as elongated fingers and toes. Stretch marks and wrinkles are felt along places where muscle is absent, however such observations cannot be seen with the human eye, as the Subject's emitted light obscures such information.
Subject was originally discovered near [REDACTED], Switzerland, where 2 civilians reported 'impossibly white' footsteps outside their house. Special Containment Procedures: The area designated as SCP XXXX is fenced off with standard chain-link and guarded by 3 Foundation Officers at a time staging as Cell Tower Operators. Anyone attempting to enter the area will be confronted to leave or escorted off-site forcefully. At no discretion is a Foundation Officer permitted to terminate potential intruders, due to the nature of this anomaly.
Description: SCP XXXX is a designated area of 3.4 sqaure kilometres located about 14 kilometres outside the small town of , Canada. The area appears as an open space of field between 3 local-reach cell towers that have not been in commision for approximately 25 years due to the aging technology. As such, there is no local residents that would be capable of using them.
SCP XXXX was discovered by local law enforcement following an investigation of several missing person cases in the vicinity. Evidence led 4 police officers to the site of SCP XXXX and upon entering, their phones had started receiving several messages from different numbers, although not addressing them. The texts would rather respond to eachother despite only being received in standard SMS. The Foundation were made aware of the anamoly shortly after, and dispatched MTF Epsilon-6 (aka "Village Idiots") to the area. Class-A Amnestics were administered to any law enforcement officials involved.
It was discovered that when an individual died in SCP XXXX and carried a cellular device, their brain waves would be transferred to the device, allowing them to interact with other communications devices also present in the area. Due to the cellular disturbance in this area, contact with any phone number in SCP XXXX is not feasible unless also inside of the area and vice versa.
