Per 
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4169 is free to roam around Site-19 as pleased, but has to go to a standard human containment cell at a selected time. SCP-4169 has requested that his quarters look like a office cubicle, it has been approved. SCP-4169 had LVL-2 Clearance before given SCP Class, and has requested to keep his Clearance, and is pending by O5-11.
Description: SCP-4691 is a Junior Researcher named James Nail. He is a 34 year old male, with a height of 1.4M, and has a brown beard. His effects include:
- Sudden feeling to go to 914.
- He will have a sudden craving for pizza.

- Teleportation within 20M. It seems to have a cooldown of 2 hours. Testing shows that the cooldown does not start when sleeping.
With the helpfulness with SCP-4169, he has been helpful in mostly moving boxes. Some described SCP-4169 as:
- Happy
- Lost
- Sick
- Sad
SCP-4169 can go without drinking for up to two weeks before drinking again. SCP-4691 has stated that he does not need to eat, but does for the taste of the food.
SCP-4169 says he was born around 1986 and has control over his growth, and says he will sat at his 34 year old state.
Addendum-01. FINDING
SCP-4169 came to the Foundation in 2008, when JR James Nail came in contact with SCP-059, and survived. When released from medical bay after quarantine, witnesses say he just disappeared. JR James Nail was found later in Site 19's Heavy Containment Zone and later given SCP Classification.

Test 1 - 6.14.2012
Subject: SCP-4691
Procedure: SCP-4169 is to be put in a room with no food for two months.
Results: SCP-4169 seems to not need food, but said he missed the flavor.
Analysis: Seems to not need food.
Note: "Why would we let a SCP that's human without food for 2 months? Yes I know that SCP-4169 survived, but imagine if the SCP died. Our job is to Secure. Contain. Protect. Consider this a warning." Dr. Kine.

SCP-4169 Well, its kinda weird. Other people screamed out in true horror, while I was, fine.
Dr. Yho: Could you explain better?
SCP-4169 Well it's weird seeing your body like that, it didn't hurt, more it just felt like SCP-999 got fingernails.
Dr. Yho: I see…
SCP-4169 disappears from interview
Dr: Yho: God… who forgot to set the clock?! No matter. Send out 2 SD with LVL-3 Clearance to retrieve SCP-4169 in HCZ. And tell the intern to set the clock again.
