Special Containment Procedures: Due to the expanding size of SCP-4974 it is almost impossible to contain SCP-4974, thus in order to keep SCP-4974's existence a secret from the public, a Class B amnesitc is given to anyone who is caught entering SCP-4974 or directly witnesses SCP-4974's anomalous properties, though these only apply to those who are not working for the SCP foundation.

Description: SCP-4974 is a city located 50 miles north of London, the land area and population of SCP-4974 depends entirely on how far into the future SCP-4974 is. The inhabitants of SCP-4974 consist of various humans with the only anomalous feature about them being the're faces having 4 to 5 eyes along with the rest of their faces being devoid of any other details, the placement of these eyes vary greatly from citizen to citizen. Despite the inhabitants of SCP-4974 lacking any facial sensory organs except for the eyes, all inhabitants receive facial sensory information normally and their behaviors mimic that of normal humans, they are also able to talk despite not having mouths.

Floating above SCP-4974 is known as SCP-4974-2, SCP-4974-2 is a 4x4 meter apple red cube that is made of the same composition that diamonds are made out of. Every 10 minutes SCP-4974-2 sends SCP-4974 100 years into the future by currently unknown means. SCP-4974-2 will continue to do this until SCP-4974 reaches 12,000 years into the future, when SCP-4974 reaches this time frame SCP-4974-2 will release a 10 kiloton explosion that will kill of 97% of the population of SCP-4974 and destroy 99.8% of SCP-4974 without effecting SCP-4974 in any way.

After the inhabitants of SCP-4974 rebuilds SCP-4974 as a small tribal village with the square area being 2 meters, SCP-4974 will continue the same cycle for a currently unknown amount of time. Although the inhabitants of SCP-4974 are generally accepting of foreigners, it's required for all SCP staff to leave 9 minutes and 30 seconds after entering SCP-4974.
