Special Containment Procedures: Item SCP-4863/4863-1 is to be kept within 1.5 kilometers of site 15, but never under any circumstance is it to be put inside. SCP-4863/4863-1 is to patrol the perimeter of site 15 and to be monitored by no fewer than 2 personnel at all times who are to be stripped of all electronic devices prior to contact. If SCP-4863/4863-1 does not comply with its given instructions the personnel currently monitoring it are to show it ██████ for a minimum of ██████, or however long to takes until it complies.
Description: Moved to site 15 in ██████. Origin, is rumored to be the result of cult like activity involving ██████. SCP-4863 is a middle aged caucasian male that is visually identical to the average human male with the exception that it has only one facial feature, a refulgent red star of David that occupies a significant amount of the upper hemisphere of its head, it has no possessions except a small wooden box and a set of common clothes. SCP-4863 has been docile towards all personnel it has come in contact with and despite hearing some occasional muffled cries of unknown origin coming from its chest cavity some have even reported feeling comforted and relaxed by it. SCP-4863 shows only two dangerous behaviors, the first being that it harbors an extreme hatred toward anything powered by electricity and will do whatever it takes to destroy any electronic device it is alerted to with a current success rate of 100%, this is why it now patrols site 15 keeping watch for any dangerous containment breaches. The second dangerous behavior exhibited by SCP-4863 is that once a year without fail on ██████ it disappears from sight for exactly 3 and a half minutes only to reappear in the exact same spot with a deceased teenage male, the methods used by SCP-4863 to kill its victims are unknown. After returning with its victim SCP-4863 proceeds to perform a crude ritual on it disfiguring its face and carving a star of David into what is left that, if the ritual was performed successfully, begins to glow red creating an SCP-4863-1. The aforementioned ritual has only been completed properly twice by SCP-4863, after each of the successful rituals were performed, photos of the two victims appeared in the box carried by SCP-4863 along with a picture of himself. Despite the fact that these photographs were presumably created immediately after the conversion of the victims and are stored in a clean box they appear to be covered in filth and very old, in one of the photographs there is another face in frame, said face has a visual appearance similar to television static, the reason for this is unknown. An instance of SCP-4863-1 functions exactly the same as SCP-4863 with the exception that it does not attempt to perform a ritual of its own nor does it disappear to gather a subject at any time, however during the 3 and a half minutes SCP-4863 disappears on ██████ it lies dormant showing no signs of life until SCP-4863 returns.
