Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX-1 to SCP-XXXX-4 are stationed in Site-19. SCP-XXXX-5 to SCP-XXXX-8, and SCP-XXXX-17 are stationed in the Medium and High Value Research Division of Site-88. The whereabouts of other SCP-XXXX instances is unknown. Discovery of SCP-XXXX instances that do not belong to MTF Omega-23 should be reported to Site Director Foster and SCP-XXXX-17.

All SCP-XXXX instances are members of Mobile Task Force Omega-23 ("Apocalypse Prevention"), currently led by MTF Commander Lucy Garcia. All instances of SCP-XXXX are to wear specified clothing identifying them as SCP-XXXX instances. This consists of standard MTF tactical gear, which has been modified to allow changes in size and has white printing identifying each SCP-XXXX instance as such.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a collection of several anomalous robots, outwardly indistinguishable from humans, with each instance weighing approximately 91 kg. They are designated SCP-XXXX-1 through SCP-XXXX-17. Each instance of SCP-XXXX is equipped with multiple internal devices, some of which are anomalous. These include a Scranton Reality Anchor, a speaker system, a radio transmitter capable of picking up encrypted Foundation frequencies, and a device referred to as an SMEAR drive, which is what gives the SCP-XXXX instances their main anomalous property.¹

All instances of SCP-XXXX are capable of using their SMEAR drive to transfer mass across spatial and universal boundaries. This ranges from transporting small objects to the transference of objects up to 652 kg. This ability is not instantaneous and requires a period between approximately 8 seconds and 9 minutes to activate, with the length of time depending on the size and complexity of the object.²

The SMEAR drive appears to be incapable of operating within the field of a Scranton Reality Anchor. Additionally, an SCP-XXXX instance requires continuous physical contact with an object in order to initiate the transference process, with the process resetting if contact is broken. No SCP-XXXX instance is capable of reshaping or otherwise changing an object during transit. SCP-XXXX instances have been observed receiving objects through SMEAR drive transfers. It is currently that this is achieved through either a second, remotely controlled SMEAR drive or another SCP-XXXX instance.

All instances are also capable of changing their appearance at will, including facial structure, skin and hair color, and overall body structure. All instances can increase and decrease in height between approximately 1.8 and 2.1 meters. This does not result in a change in mass and allows instances of SCP-XXXX to mimic the appearance of a wide variety of individuals.

The Foundation first gained knowledge of SCP-XXXX on 18/12/2024, when XXXX-17³ appeared within Site-88 and requested that it be classified as an SCP. It was immediately detained and placed within a standard humanoid containment cell. Subsequent testing allowed the Foundation to gain information on some of its properties, leading to it being classified as Euclid. However, the Foundation could not confirm the existence of SCP-XXXX instances other than SCP-XXXX-17 until Incident XXXX-C.

Experiment XXXXA - 7/1/2025

Objective: Determine the physical capabilities and reaction times of SCP-XXXX instances.
Procedure: SCP-XXXX-17 is positioned at one end of a 10 meter by 40 meter room. One Scranton Reality Anchor is placed on each outer wall, in order to prevent a potential containment breach by way of SCP-XXXX-17's SMEAR Drive. A remotely operated turret opens fire on SCP-XXXX-17 using an automatic rifle loaded with baton rounds⁴ at a range of 30 meters. SCP-XXXX-17's reaction speed is measured using several high-speed cameras.
Results: While SCP-XXXX-17 was incapable of outright avoiding the incoming fire, it responded approximately 40 milliseconds after the weapon initially fired, and finished moving into a defensive position 380 milliseconds after the weapon initially fired. Notably, instead of moving to avoid the attack, it used its left forearm as a shield, angling it to redirect the baton rounds away from its center of mass. SCP-XXXX-17 held this position until the weapon's ammunition was depleted.
Analysis: SCP-XXXX-17 has greater speed and reaction times than humans, and is able to quickly analyze a situation to determine the best possible outcome. However, it can be hypothesized that it will react differently in other circumstances. Additionally, the use of relatively slow-moving projectiles may have affected its decision-making.

Experiment XXXXB - 7/1/2025

Objective: Determine the analytical capabilities of SCP-XXXX instances when faced with multiple assailants.
Procedure: SCP-XXXX-17 is positioned at one end of a 10 meter by 40 meter room. One Scranton Reality Anchor is placed on each outer wall, in order to prevent a potential containment breach by way of SCP-XXXX-17's SMEAR Drive. Three D-Class personell open fire on SCP-XXXX-17 using automatic rifles loaded with baton rounds at a range of 30 meters. SCP-XXXX-17's reaction is measured using several high-speed cameras.
Results: SCP-XXXX-17 again used its forearms as a defensive measure. However, instead of redirecting the baton rounds as it did in the previous experiment, it instead held them perpendicular to the incoming fire, again protecting its head and center of mass.
Analysis:

Incident XXXX-A: On 15/6/2025, XXXX-17 requested that it be allowed to have a meeting with Site Director Foster. Upon refusal, XXXX-17 breached containment, disappearing from its containment cell.⁵ It was found holding a conversation with Site Director Foster. Security footage revealed that XXXX-17 used the appearance of Dr. █████ to gain direct access to Site Director Foster's office. XXXX-17 was willingly recaptured after finishing its conversation and was subsequently reclassified as Keter. Site Director Foster has stated that SCP-XXXX-17 primarily asked him about events on specific dates and requested a list of Site-88 personnel.

Foreword: Interview XXXX-A was conducted on 18/6/2025, several days after Incident XXXX-A. At the time SCP-XXXX-17, then known as SCP-XXXX, had the appearance of a young, brown-haired eastern European male.

Dr. █████: Hello SCP-XXXX. It says here that you pulled quite a stunt recently, with my face no less. Would you please state your name for the record?

SCP-XXXX: I am 17.

Dr. █████: We are asking for your name, not your age.

SCP-XXXX: No, no. My name is 17.

Dr. █████: You name is a number.

SCP-XXXX: Yes.

Dr. █████: All right then. Is there a reason for your name to be 17?

SCP-XXXX: Yes. I am one of several Foundation-built extradimensional androids sent to this universe in order to aid the people of this reality with potential issues that are most likely beyond their capabilities. We have been sent by an organization known as the Jumper Coalition to this reality because it is believed that there will soon be an event that will endanger this instance of Earth if the Coalition does not step in. Our current mission is to prepare this instance of the Foundation, along with the Global Occult Coalition, The Church of the Broken God, [REDACTED], and Anderson Robotics for this event.

Dr. █████: Okay, but that does not explain why you breached containment only to ask Director Foster about the people working here.

SCP-XXXX: We are currently still trying to figure out which kind of universe this is. Things like staff records help us immensely in that regard.

Dr. █████: So a different Foundation has built an army of teleporting robots in order to help other Foundations?

SCP-XXXX: No. Generally, an instance of the Foundation will only build a single Jumper, since they lack the resources to build several. Most of us were supposed to infiltrate other Foundations in order to learn about them, in case those Foundations attempted a hostile takeover. We collectively said "Screw that" and instead decided to be of service to all Foundations, no matter where they may be. That is what the Jumper Coalition is built upon.

Closing Statement: Following Interview XXXX-A, SCP-XXXX-17 was asked not to breach containment again, and the Foundation began searching for evidence of the 22 other potential instances of SCP-XXXX. The creation of a new GOI, the Jumper Coalition, is currently pending.

Incident XXXX-B: On 22/7/2025, SCP-XXXX-17 requested a meeting with Dr. █████. SCP-XXXX-17 then gave Dr. █████ login information for one of the Foundation's internal sites, stating that the contents would help to explain its previous breach if accessed at a specific time. Dr. █████ used the information and subsequently joined an O5 Council meeting. Dr. █████ was disciplined and voluntarily given Class B amnestics. How SCP-XXXX-17 knew about the O5 Council or the meeting that was scheduled for that specific time is unknown and should be treated as an information breach.

Foreword: Interview XXXX-B was conducted on 23/7/2025, the day after Incident XXXX-B. At the time SCP-XXXX-17 had the appearance of a middle-aged, blond-haired eastern European male.

Dr. █████: Hello SCP-XXXX. This is the second time that you have pulled this kind of stunt and it appears that you know much more than you should. On top of that, I can only remember half of what happened in the last week, and I am told that that was your fault as well. Would you mind explaining yourself?

SCP-XXXX: Of course. I should probably explain my reason for my June 15th breach first. The way that the FYE drives work means that, unless a specific universe is targeted, the selection is mostly random. So, the Coalition has a scouting system that essentially labels which universes are the most likely to have specific stuff happen. My first appearance back in December was one of those scouting missions. All of my actions thus far have been used to determine which of the already explored universes this one is the most similar to. My conversation with Site Director Foster allowed me to narrow down the specifics of what caused your current amnesia, and the fact that you don't remember what happened means that I was correct in my assumption. Speaking of which, I would recommend evacuating Site 88 of everything except one or two combat-oriented task forces on August 8th.

Dr. █████: So all of your information of the Foundation comes from having knowledge of an alternate version of the Foundation which is identical to ours. Does this mean that you are also capable of traveling through time as well as space?

SCP-XXXX: No. Different universes tend to move at different speeds, which results in one reality being at, say, 1985, while this one is at 2025. My previous mission involved events playing out in nearly the same way, down to this conversation, but compared to this universe all of the same events happened about three years ago. Also, you were not as nice there.

Dr. █████: Does that mean-

(Dr. █████ is interrupted by SCP-XXXX.)

SCP-XXXX: That I already know what you are going to say, but refrain from just dumping the information on you due to the fact that, while it would make the interviews go faster, it just causes problems for everybody else? Yes.

Dr. █████: So you know what will happen on the 8th.

SCP-XXXX: Yes, but I am not allowed to share it with you because the last time I did, the Foundation tried to prevent it and subsequently caused even more damage than the event in question. I would recommend scheduling the next interview for the 9th.

Closing Statement: Following Interview XXXX-B, Dr. █████ requested the Site 88 evacuation suggested by SCP-XXXX.

Incident XXXX-C: On 7/8/2025, [REDACTED] breached Site-88, attempting to steal a number of anomalies. Eight other SCP-XXXX instances, designated SCP-XXXX-1 through SCP-XXXX-8, appeared approximately two minutes after the breach initially occurred and aided on-site personnel in the defense of Site-88. Notable events include SCP-XXXX-5 shielding Agent ███████ from gunfire as he secured SCP-████, incurring severe damage to its FYE drive from doing so. While the attempted breach was suppressed, [REDACTED]'s actions caused multiple casualties, including 15 injuries, 32 deaths, and the destruction of SCP-███. SCP-XXXX-5 was willingly detained and requested that it be contained near SCP-XXXX-17.

Foreword: Interview XXXX-C was conducted on 9/8/2025. SCP-XXXX-17 was initially supposed to be interviewed after SCP-XXXX-5, however, SCP-XXXX-17 appeared immediately before the start of the interview and refused to return to its containment cell, stating that, technically, it was still being contained. Before the interview, SCP-XXXX-5 changed its appearance from that used during Incident XXXX-3 to the same eastern European male used by SCP-XXXX-17 in Interview XXXX-A.

Dr. █████: Okay, so you are designated as 5, and the one who just showed up is 17.

SCP-XXXX-17: Yes. (To SCP-XXXX-5) Use preset four, I've already used number three with him.

(SCP-XXXX-5's appearance changed to an older, brown-haired eastern European male. This process took approximately four seconds.)

Dr. █████: I think that the first order of business is the recent incident. You probably have something to say about it, don't you?

SCP-XXXX-17: First of all, I would like to apologize on behalf of the Jumper Coalition for what happened on the 7th. The difference between what normally happens and what actually ended up happening lead to us being unprepared, and caused the loss of both life and an important anomaly. To at least partially make up for it we are currently working to remove [REDACTED].

Dr. █████: What do you mean with remove?

SCP-XXXX-5: Completely destroy. Remove them from the equation. Turn the red hand into a dead hand. Fifteen of us, including the ones that you guys already saw, are currently assaulting their facilities.

SCP-XXXX-17: 5 here is sad that he can't help. The damage he received during the breach has totaled his FYE drive and nearly hit his power supply. As it is, I would like approval to send him back to the Coalition once the interview is over.

Dr. █████: I think that request will most likely be denied. (To SCP-XXXX-5) As it is, your current state allows us to gain a bit more information on you while doing a minimal amount of further damage.

(SCP-XXXX-5 frowns)

Dr. █████: You have mentioned this Coalition several times now. What exactly is it?

SCP-XXXX-17: (Turns to SCP-XXXX-5) Dramatic? (SCP-XXXX-5 nods.)

(To DR. █████) At some point in its history, an instance of the Foundation tends to build one or more Jumpers as exploratory and infiltration units. They are given an intelligence created by and taken from Anderson Robotics, outfitted with a way to perfectly blend in, and sent out to collect information about other universes. The majority of them decide to ignore that directive and set out to protect humanity in whatever way they can. They meet other Jumpers and work together with them, slowly growing in number until being nomadic no longer becomes viable. At that point, they pick a universe that can act as a hub for them and go on to coordinate their actions from there. They are often joined by other entities, such as reality warpers or specific anomalies. Very often, they also pick up one or more instances of the SCPS Solidarity. That is the Jumper Coalition. We are endless in number, and we have to be. We work to guard an infinite number of universes and will take whatever measures are necessary to ensure the survival of humanity as a whole, even if it means purging an entire instance of reality.

Dr. █████: Is what you say actually true? It's not that I don't believe that you want to help, it's just that so far, we've only seen nine of you.

SCP-XXXX: If it is proof you want, we can supply it.

Closing Statement: SCP-XXXX-5 complied with Foundation personnel, and returned to its containment cell. Three hours after Interview XXXX-3, SCP-XXXX-17 submitted the locations of 35 facilities belonging to [REDACTED] in a folder labeled "More to come". An investigation of the facilities revealed security footage of 15 SCP-XXXX instances performing a series of coordinated attacks against [REDACTED], with the full operation taking place over a period of approximately nine hours. It is currently believed that [REDACTED] has been neutralized.
