Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a reinforced cement cell with an external silver lining containing an electrical current measuring no less than 15MW at all times however, SCP-XXXX must periodically be relocated to alternate containment cells in separate Foundation facilities. A D-class of notably heinous crimes is to be provided to SCP-XXXX no more than Bi-weekly for sustenance. No Individuals are to be allowed to access or communicate with SCP-XXXX without unanimous approval from the 05 council.

Description: SCP-XXXX was discovered in an abandoned Gulag in eastern Russia on 05/05/2004, it was first observed locked within a reinforced cell by a foundation agent investigating reports of anomalous occurrence around the site. SCP-XXXX willingly agreed to accompany the agent to a foundation facility though it's motivations for doing so remain unknown.

SCP-XXXX is a humanoid male of varying physical features however it appears to consistently retain a blue pigmentation in its eyes. Those in direct contact with the anomaly have reported that they are capable of observing a reflection from within a great body of water however no incident of this has been captured by any means. SCP-XXXX has also been observed possessing reality bending abilities however its anomalous influence appears limited to itself and its immediate vicinity leading to a designation of Class II reality warper.

SCP-XXXX is able to alter its features to overcome otherwise impossible tasks, it has been observed developing anomalous levels of strength, speed, dexterity, and Mental ability, when tasked to complete a scaling physical and mental assessment. The assessment was prematurely cancelled by the overseeing foundation member Dr. Alto Clef, after which a Death Event was induced in SCP-XXXX. Clef has not stated why he had the examination ended however at his request the 05 council has forbidden any further research into SCP-XXXX’s anomalous traits.

When SCP-XXXX’s body is destroyed, erased, or otherwise rendered disabled by any means, any remnants of the damaged body will turn into a heavy black mist and evaporate completely after which a new instance of SCP-XXXX will manifest in a random location having lost any alterations rendering it identical to that of a non-anomalous human body, however the age of the new body will have regressed by approximately 5 years of age. No Death incident has rendered an instance of SCP-XXXX younger than approximately 20 years of age. This phenomenon has been labeled as a “Death Event”.
ATTENTION
Incidents of SCP-XXXX escaping containment have been reported, in the event of observing SCP-XXXX within alternate foundation facilities, do not attempt to contain or interact with SCP-XXXX. Notify the Site’s leadership immediately to facilitate proper re-containment.

The entry for SCP-XXXX had been heavily edited in the wake of Incident ████-████.

SCP-XXXX Is not a class II reality warper and though it is designated as Euclid, the 05 council amended this designation to Thaumiel after the events of incident ████-████ in which SCP-XXXX was responsible for the re-containment of [REDACTED] during a Containment breach at Site ███, This incident alerted the foundation to SCP-XXXX's ability to overpower other Reality bender's influences. SCP-XXXX's immunity to other reality shifting anomalies was the first of many anomalous factors surrounding SCP-XXXX as it has shown to be unaffected by any anomaly which attempts to change the state of SCP-XXXX, this includes relocation, physical manipulation, mental manipulation, and temporal manipulation. SCP-XXXX also appears to be unaffected by any known cognitio or mimetic hazards.

The Subject responds to specific orders when the corresponding Russian trigger words are used, use of these orders are only to be used by direct order of the 05 council, no single 05 is capable of authorizing the use of SCP-XXXX's commands without the consent of all other 05 members. And all details surrounding SCP-XXXX are to be concealed at any cost, the true existence of SCP-XXXX must never be allowed to escape senior foundation leadership. All documents recovered from groups focused on the destruction of anomalies, must be thoroughly investigated for knowledge of SCP-XXXX.

SCP-XXXX has never escaped containment, however incidents of it manifesting alternate instances of itself (Designated as SCP-XXXX-A) in various foundation facilities have been increasing (primarily common at Site-17). In these incidents it is imperative to maintain secrecy of the nature of these “containment breaches”. When a breach incident is reported it is to be responded to by the designated SCP-XXXX MTF unit and a routine containment protocol is to be followed. Upon securing the new instance of SCP-XXXX-A, the MTF commander is to alert the staff at Site-623 instructing them to administer the “Containment” order to SCP-XXXX at which point SCP-XXXX-A will dematerialize. The MTF is to continue the standard containment procedure as if they had recaptured SCP-XXXX-A and are to return to Site-623 for debriefing.

SCP-XXXX can be differentiated from SCP-XXXX-A by the shadows present when they are photographed or recorded, SCP-XXXX-A will lack any shadow regardless of light in the photographed area. SCP-XXXX however will possess a shadow, it does not abide by the direction any natural light would normally cast, furthermore it does not retain any unified shape, it appears to shift and expand sporadically as though it where a living organism.

SCP-XXXX has been utilized by foundation forces for both the capture and documentation of particularly hazardous Reality benders. However, following incident SCP-XXXX-Z6 the deployment of SCP-XXXX has been indefinitely restricted and it has been permanently relocated to Site-623.

05 Level Security Clearance Required

SCP-XXXX was not discovered in Russia, nor does it respond to any Russian trigger phrases. Instead it was discovered in an abandoned foundation facility believed to have been destroyed in 1922. Investigation into the heavily damaged facility discovered that rather than being destroyed it had been anomalously relocated to a desolate portion of the Himalayan mountain range. And all other SCPs contained in the facility had been destroyed within their containment by an unknown force.

The trigger words capable of controlling SCP-XXXX where discovered unintentionally by Dr. Bright and Dr. Clef. In the incident report following the discovery Dr. Bright reported to be harassing Dr. Clef with outdated Foundation Trigger phrases when an instance of SCP-XXXX-A was unknowingly present. SCP-XXXX-A responded in English after a specific trigger phrase was stated, Dr. Bright uncharacteristically reported this immediately, the 05 first informed of the incident reported that Dr. Bright displayed signs of distress over the incident. The incident immediately began an investigation as the specific trigger phrase Dr. Bright had used, originated from outdated documents surrounding a SCP-001 proposal. the investigation discovered a connection between SCP-XXXX and the incidents proposed in the report. If the documentation is to be believed, SCP-XXXX is likely one of the subjects of 05-1 however no records have been discovered pertaining to the existence or creation of SCP-XXXX outright though evidence supporting the theory that SCP-XXXX was one of the children secured from San Marco has been discovered.

Reports from staff have described observing dark tentacles appearing briefly within the body of water behind SCP-XXXX’s eyes. Similar tentacles have been recorded during the only recorded instance of SCP-XXXX feeding before further research was forbidden. A D-class was given a long-range radio, recording equipment, and a GPS locator before being sent into SCP-XXXX’s containment cell. The withering shadow surrounding SCP-XXXX took the form of several dark tentacles and outstretched toward the D-class before dragging them into the shadow, contact with the d-class was established via the radio however no signal could be detected from the locator or the camera.

The D-class reported to be floating in a dark body of water that extended as far as they could see. Though they were completely submerged they reported being able to communicate and experienced no difficulty in respiration. Moments after appearing the D-class stated they could see something dark arising from below them. upon being instructed to describe the object the D-class described a dark mass of enormous black tentacles emerging from the abyss below in the distance. More tentacles continued to emerge closer to the D-class before another object emerged directly below them. They described the object to be “incomprehensibly” large with sprawling black tentacles emerging from its “Face”. As the D-class continued to describe the creature they became increasingly distressed until they reported the creature had found them. At this point the camera sent a single image of the D-classes body being forcibly pulled into the abyss by a large black tentacle, after which all contact was lost with the D-class and the equipment.

The researchers who were present for the broadcast all displayed signs of full mental collapse and where placed into holding cells to await psychological evaluation, however none of the researchers remained the following day, their cells where covered in a thin coating of water and the air within held a strong scent of salt similar to that of the sea yet holding a distinctive odor none of the staff could describe. The recording of the radio’s broadcast has been classified a lethal Memetic hazard and restricted, however the final image of the D-class does not carry the same Hazard. The entity described by the D-class has been classified as SCP-XXXX-B and is pending evaluation of its own SCP Designation.

Following the events of XXXX-Z6AA, SCP-XXXX has been reclassified as a Class V reality warper, the entity must never be allowed to come into contact with other Class V entities. The entity must never be deployed without unanimous council approval and the direct supervision of a designated SCP-XXXX handler. SCP-XXXX has been regressed to approximately 15 years of age, 5 years further than any previous death incidents, leading to a theory that the total regression of SCP-XXXX is possible yet unobtainable by current means. several theories have been proposed as to what what a full regression of SCP-XXXX would cause however no definite answer has been discovered, therefor it is currently being held within Site-623 and is forbidden to be utilized for any further research until it has reached the previous recorded age regression limit, with the only exceptions being at the personal request of select foundation agents.
Worthy of note is that the subject’s passive invasive reality warping has not been observed following Incident XXXX-Z6AA.
