Object Class: Safe Explained
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4270 is to be kept in a 5 by 5 meter room. In the center of the room is a platform on which SCP-4270 is laying. No foundation personnel are to come into contact with SCP-4270 because is is very fragile. It has already been cracked and cannot take any more damage.
Description: SCP-4270 is a 6 by 3 inch black rectangular object. On the front of it is a layer of glass-like material that covers most of that side. The layer has been cracked but not broken. At the bottom of the layer is a little oval shaped indent of unknown purpose.
On one side of SCP-4270 is a elongated oval bump. At the top of this oval is an image of a plus sign. Below the plus sign is a minus sign of same size. This bump can be pressed don't and then back up. Below the plus/minus sign bump is another bump of lesser size. This one doesn't have anything depicted on it though.
When the bottom bump is pressed and held down for around 5 seconds, the glass-like layer on the front of SCP-4270 lights up and shows the word ██████. In the back of the word is a picture of a forest with a lake in from of it. After the first picture shows up, it changes to a screen that asks for a password and shows the numbers 1-9 with a check mark at the bottom of all of them. We don't know what is past this point yet because it is unknown what the password is and what the numbers are for.
Addendum: This document what written in the early 1900's by Dr. ██████. In present times, we know what this object is, it is a phone. A ██████ phone to be exact. SCP-4270 is no longer considered anomalous and has been sent to a technology store in ██████.
