Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a minimum security cell which is decorated in a victoriana style. The cell is to have two cameras on opposite corners of the cell incase he tries to travel without permission in which case a history documentary is to be played. He is to meet a new person each week and is allowed anything he requests within reason.
Description:The Historian is a human male of average build and size from the victoriana Era. He was found and captured in London were he reportedly appeared out of thin air looking tired. He was promptly captured and questioned though no footage of the interview can be found.
He told the present staff that his name was Mike and that he was a normal person. Once his bluff was called he immediately disappeared only to reappear moments later having left behind his can. He was bribed to stay with the promise of sweets. After this he told the staff that he was a historian a promptly stopped talking. Noticing the confused looks of the staff he alaberated on what he said. According to him he is a immortal being created and designed to record everything that happens in this universe.
After being asked to prove this he grabbed one of the researchers hand and they both disappeared. A few minutes later they both reappeared with the researcher having fainted. When the researcher awoke they stated the the Historian had took him to see 3 places. The first place he claims to not remember clearly and only recalls seeing thousands of connected spheres. They next entered one if the spheres and saw what he believed to be the big bang. He described is as a silent explosion of pure light. He then saw all of history play out before his own eyes and appeared above the site. After a few moments of standing on nothing the historian told him something he couldn't recall and he immediately fainted.
