Profile: Dr. W. Markovich is a civilian scientist turned SCP researcher when a containment breach saw SCP-682 escape and ravage the area he lived. He was found by an MTF Epsilon-6 (“Village Idiots”) and was, luckily, sent to training.

Dr. Markovich is a human white male, 2 meters tall, blonde with blue eyes. He is far too emotional to work with deadly SCP’s, as they can send him into a state of shock, often ending in him blacking out. He also doesn’t like using D-class, as he views them as “still human” despite being told otherwise.

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX must be placed in a locked steel box and guarded by a single unit. Box must have surveillance around the area.
Description
SCP-XXXX is a composition book with 100 pages. The name on the cover is that of [DATA EXPUNGED]. It is the size of an A4 page, and the thickness of a usual book of this type. It has 8mm lined pages. when held and opened, the book seems to read the mind of the holder(s), writing down the thoughts in its pages. If something is written into the book, the thing written will enter the holder(s) thoughts. If the book is held for too long, the holder(s) disappears, and a ink sketch of the holder(s) appears. This will be noted as SCP-XXXX-1. It seems to be able to move around the book when it is closed, but freezes in place when it is opened. People who have come in contact with the book and have not been “drawn” seem to be compelled to be “drawn”.

Addendum XXXX-A: the following is a test of the book’s abilities.

Subject: D-2473 and D-6342

Procedure: basic test for anomalies.

Results: one subject disappears and seems to be an image in the book.

Dr. ███: D-2473, please approach the box.
D-2473: Ok doc.
Dr. ███: now unlock the box.
(D-2473 opens the box.)
Dr. ███: Can you describe what is in the box?
D-2473: It’s… Its a book. A normal composition book. It has… 100 pages.
Dr. ███: Good. Please grab the book.
D-2473: Uh, doc? Isn’t most of the stuff you have here like, well, crazy paranormal? I’ve been through a few tests you know.
Dr. ███: D-2473, grab the book.
(D-2473 grabs the book.)
D-2473: There. I have the book.
Dr. ███: Open it.
(D-2473 opens the book. The words 'when will this test be over' appear on the page in black ink.)
D-2473: Uh, doc? I opened the book, and my thought went on the page.
(More words appear on the page. A second D-Class, D-6342, enters the testing area)
Dr. ███: D-6342, please write the pre-designated text in the book.
(D-6342 writes the words I Love The Foundation! In the book.)
D-2473: That’s weird, I usually loathe this place. But now… now I feel like I like this place. No, I… love it?
Dr. ███: Good. (Dr. ███ writes something on a notepad)
D-2473: huh, I feel weird.
(D-2473 seem to melt away.)
Dr. ███: D-6342, grab the book.
(D-6342 grabs and opens the book. Words in red ink appear. A small ink drawing of a scared D-Class is on the page, approximately 56mm high, and 15mm wide.)
Dr. ███ D-6342, please place the book in the box and lock it. The door to your left will open, and you will give me the key. You will then be escorted back to your cell.

Note from Dr. ███: This book may be a very useful tool, if we can stop the whole ‘ink drawing’ thing. We will try and contact the person who seems to own the book and see if he is impervious to the ‘drawing effect’.
