The Hive-Mind shared by SCP- 34346 allows for all memories of the host to be instantly shared. It is recommended that in the event of possible infection that the brain of SCP operatives be incinerated to prevent any sensitive information to be compromised. As the facility known as {redacted} was destroyed by an outbreak of SPC- 34346. Mechanized Units should be used in any attempt to contain.

Description:
SCP: 34346

This SPC has multiple states that are exhibited. The inactive phase, the infection phase, and the carrier phase.

The inactive phase appears as a theater mask in the expression of joy, or "comedy". Made of human flesh. Once touched by the mask or another infected individual, then the infection phase begins. As with most parasites, this SCP requires a host to spread the infection. It is unknown where {redacted}, referred to from here on as patient zero was first infected.

First documented in {redacted} Psychological Institution. SPC: 34346 appeared as a drama mask to one of the patients and subsequently admitted for treatment. A series of increasingly bizarre behaviors started to emerge in patient zero. The patient was plagued by night terrors while repeating the phrase "feel me." Various sounds were observed coming from patient zero's room, including moans of pleasure, static from a television, and a hyena's growl. It is unknown if these are natural sounds of SCP: 34346 or sound mimicry to lure further investigation.

After 3 days, patient zero began compulsively scratched their body. This behavior increased to the point that nerves and bone were exposed. Prescribed various psychotic medications and emergency sedatives were not enough to calm the patient. Patient zero was found without their eyes or the back of the skull. Their head formed into the theater mask in the inactive phase. The spread of SCP: 34346 spread throughout {Redacted} Psychological Institution, with no survivors.

All personal should search for SCP: 34346 origin to prevent further outbreaks.

There have been similar outbreaks that were contained within {redacted}. The virus seems to suppress it's destructive behaviors and completely controls hosts. Noticed by Advent, it would appear that their is a shared hive mind among infected, and only refers to themselves as the "Nerve Man".

The name "Nerve Man" began to appear across the outside of SCP facilities. It is unknown if the "Nerve Man" has infiltrated or infected any operatives. It should be the highest priority to develop a test to detect SPC- 34346.
