Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4065 is to be contained in a transparent container stored inside a concrete cell at Site-██, guarded by security personnel. 2 security cameras; one inside the room and one outside it are to monitor SCP-4065 and the guarding personnel. SCP-4065 is to remain inside the transparent box at all times unless by request of personnel with Clearance Level 4 and above, for testing purposes.SCP 4065-1 is to be kept connected to a computer accessible only to personnel with Clearance Level 4 or above at all times. Any person who holds or uses SCP-4065 without required clearance will be subjected to disciplinary action and possibly termination.
Description: SCP-4065 is a collective term used for two objects.
SCP-4065-1 is a blue yellow stone like object stored inside SCP-4065-2. It emits yellow light when it is interacted with.
SCP-4065-2 is a sceptre like object which allows the safe use of SCP-4065-1.
If it is written that SCP-4065 was used, it means both objects were being used in unison.
Through information acquired through SCP-4065, it is shown that a very powerful electromagnetive field surrounds SCP-4065-1, which act as a sort of a shell for SCP-4065-1. This shell is smooth, and blue coloured. Attempts to seperate the SCP-4065-1 from SCP-4065-2 have failed, as there is an extremely powerful electromagnetive field surrounding SCP-4065-1 which has not been able to be breached by current technology succeeded. Through information acquired from SCP-4065 itself, it has been possible to create a device capable of seperating SCP-4065-1 and SCP-4065-2 although it isn't of use as there aren't any known safe methods to use the SCP-4065-1 without SCP-4065-2.
At its core, SCP-4065-1 contains a highly advanced intelligence framework, surpassing even the most powerful of supercomputers possessing artificial intelligence. It can be controlled by anyone who holds SCP-4065. This allows the holder access to any knowledge SCP-4065-1 possesses, which has known to extend to everything in the known universe. SCP-4065 also allows the holder to influence other beings in such a way that they act with the will of the holder of SCP-4065. It is not known how many organisms can be affected by SCP-4065's controlling effect known that SCP-4065 can be used to control every sentient being capable of free will.
SCP-4065-1's information can be accessed through a computer, by connecting a device created from the knowledge acquired from SCP-4065. The device consists of silicon sheets on which SCP-4065-1 is placed which is then connected to a sufficiently powerful CPU. This results in the monitor display showing a search bar, which upon entering a word or sentence shows displays every information relative to the word or sentence. This information extends to every aspect of the universe, whether known or unknown to humankind.
SCP-4065-1 is also sentient as it acknowledges its existence and is also able to communicate with members of the Foundation staff. It is non-human, and it doesn't have any specific desires, urges or emotions, rather it just serves the purpose of the one who uses it. It has also in some cases, alerted the Foundation members of a breach in security or containment, which is why it has been given a 24/7 connection to a computer accessible to Clearance Level 4 staff.
Note: SCP-4065's knowledge of the Foundation is not to be considered a security breach.
The origin of SCP 4065 is unknown. It is most likely of extraterrestrial origin, through the meticulous design of the SCP-4065-2. SCP-4065-1 is likely an AI from the same planet as SCP-4065-2. This shows that extraterrestrials possess extreme knowledge of every aspect of the universe, even Earth and the Foundation, and it is likely this SCP was sent to spread the information they possess. Information acquired from SCP-4065-1 tells us that after the Big Bang, six stones came into existence each controlling an aspect of the Universe. SCP-4065-1 is one of the six stones, controlling the "Mind" aspect. There are 5 other stones currently scattered throughout the Universe, each controlling the Space, Time, Reality, Soul and Power aspects of the universe. SCP-4065-2 is a device created by extraterrestrials to control SCP-4065-1's power. Due to a gigantic war between various extraterrestrial species over the control of all the stones, SCP-4065-1 along with SCP-4065-2 was stored inside a pod which was destroyed. This in turn caused SCP-4065 to crash somewhere in Eastern Europe where it was subsequently discovered by Foundation personnel.
Addendum 4056.1: SCP-4065 has in multiple cases informed of an extraterrestrial attack on Earth in the near future in which the Foundation will be required to use multiple SCP's. After this attack, the frequency of humans gaining anomalous powers will spike to the point they will become uncontrollable. This is to be considered an imminent and unavoidable LK-Class scenario.
Note: The question of the importance of SCP-4065-2 was raised when SCP-4065-1 was successfully seperated from it. This was answered easily as there is no currently known way to use SCP-4065-1's controlling ability except for SCP-4065-2, and attempts to make a device capable of it using SCP-4065-1's knowledge have failed due to currently limited technology.
