Special containment procedures- scp-5000 is to be kept in a filing cabinet located a site-[REDACTED]. Access allowed for d-class and further on unless they have a assigned task.
Description- scp-5000 is a small around hand-sized egg patterned as if it was an Easter egg.When touched the egg will start shacking until it cracks. After said crack a small raptor like creature(we will call scp-5000-A)will emerge(X-rays of the egg show no apparent fertility) after approximately 5 minutes it would have doubled in size this is the first instar.
Instar 1: they are extremely friendly towards everyone they encounter and especially the first person they see.Lasts ten minutes.
Instar 2: After entering a cocoon they will break out of it in 3-6 minutes they will be around 8 feet.
They begin to get more hostile towards small mammals and reptiles and begins to consume nutrients.
Instar 3: They enter a cocoon for the last time and will reach its full height of 20 feet. It becomes extremely attached to the first person it saw and will follow every command said by them. Will soon die in around 2 days.
After death: Scp-5000 will remanifest in the same place where scp-5000-A hatched.
