Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a 4x5 room with Soft white padding traced along the ceiling, walls and floor to prevent SCP-XXXX from killing itself. SCP-XXXX is to have their hands sliced off to prevent the summoning of a Sword to kill themselves and or others with. The room contains one white bed. Food is to be given daily as they have human characteristics. Two guards are to guard outside the Chamber. If SCP-XXXX were to attempt to breach, a Dose of Nitrous Oxide is to be dispensed in to the room. This gas will cause SCP-XXXX to sleep. If SCP-XXXX refuses to eat, the Nitrous Oxide can be dispensed and then SCP-XXXX will be forcefully fed.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a humanoid SCP which displays Human characteristics, E.g: Hunger, Thirst and Sleep. SCP-XXXX shows anomalous abilities that are to be addressed. The anomalous abilities SCP-XXXX represents are: Teleporting to a random location in the world upon death, Summoning a sword out of thin air. [Note from Dr. ████: SCP-XXXX doesn't seem to be able to summon anything other than a sword.] SCP-XXXX has immense amount of Strength and Agility along with fast reaction time.

Addendum: SCP-XXXX has red hair, (not dyed.) A black Shirt, black Jacket laced with red on both the outside and inside, black and red Pants along with black Shoes. However, when in battle SCP-XXXX summons a red Sword created of an unknown substance. Their Shirt morphs in to a white Shirt with a mixture of red and black. SCP-XXXX's eyes glow purple and has a significant increase in both strength and speed.
