Introduction:
The go-ahead for the investigation was given when an undercover agent reported suspicious activity from Dr. Sea of the Scientific Department in Area-██. This activity consisted of spontaneous phone calls where Dr. Sea was reported to be stressful. Due to the position the undercover agent was placed as, he could not get any more details about the phone calls. After these reports, the case was given over to Special Agent ████ by [REDACTED].
Report:
The suspect's personal phone, personal and Foundation E-mail addresses were tapped into. The search of his E-mails was inconclusive. However, the listening of his phone proved his affiliation with the Chaos Insurgency. The suspect was recorded leaking information to said Insurgency. In these recordings, the suspect provides [REDACTED] locations in return for a 'package' contents of which are not known. A search of the suspect's text messages proved inconclusive.
Conclusion:
The lead investigator and his assisting investigator concluded that "The personnel in question has been deemed guilty for his offenses. The investigators do not see a reason to continue the investigation."
