Item #: SCP-XXXX

Object Class: Euclid

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a 30m x 30m x 15m chamber.
Personnel are forbidden to raise their voice at SCP-XXXX or play loud audio material within 20 meters of SCP-XXXX, for fear of provoking SCP-XXXX resulting in a rage-state and the possible event of a containment breach.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a long, Chinese Dragon Lantern measuring 20 meters long. It resembles a common Chinese Dragon Lantern, although its body is made of an unknown sturdy material, despite seeming like a soft inflatable material of which most Dragon Lanterns are made of. Samples of SCP-XXXX have confirmed that SCP-XXXX is not composed of organic material.

SCP-XXXX stays in a coiled, snake like resting position most of the time in its cell, and moves only when interacted with. Multiple attempts at communication with SCP-XXXX have shown that it is not capable of any sort of linguistic communication, although it possesses a high level of intelligence, almost similar to the Human level.

SCP-XXXX seems to enjoy specific human company, and will interact with Class-D personnel willingly without any effort. Class-D personnel have stated that they enjoy 'playing' with SCP-XXXX, and usually are in a positive state after their session with SCP-XXXX. Records have proven that SCP-XXXX prefers the company of Class D's more than Foundation Personnel, as it is able to 'sense' that the Class D's are similar to it in terms of imprisonment. SCP-XXXX does not cooperate with Foundation Personnel when it comes to testing, and becomes enraged if it is shouted at or treated poorly.

Not much is known about the diet of SCP-XXXX, presently SCP-XXXX does not show any signs of hunger nor thirst, although it has consumed personnel before in a rage-state as a result of [DATA EXPUNGED].

SCP-XXXX is also reported to have caused [DATA EXPUNGED] in personnel after extensive periods of eye-contact, although the chances of said [DATA EXPUNGED] in personnel are rare, and only occurs to Foundation Personnel or Class D's with existing mental conditions.
