Special Containment Procedures: A perimeter, roughly 3 km in diameter, around Moore's Ford Bridge in Walton County, GA has been established. Traffic on Moore's Ford Road is to be rerouted under the guise of road repair until a permanent civilian route may be established. Persons of predominantly Caucasian or African-American ancestry are not to be allowed in the perimeter under any circumstance.
Any local law enforcement or civilian investigations on the effects of SCP-5000 are to be intercepted. Class A amnestics are to be administered to any intercepted individuals.
The current cover story for the "Moore's Ford lynchings" is to be maintained. Reports of Ku Klux Klan activity in Walton County, GA is to be reported to local Foundation command immediately.
Description: SCP-5000 is an anomalous occurrence originating from Moore's Ford Bridge on the 25th of every month since July 25th, 1946. This date coincides with a confrontation between African-American and white locals to the area, which ended in violence perpetrated by a Ku Klux Klan intervention. The confrontation ended in the deaths of [DATA EXPUNGED]. Following the disappearance of ██ investigating FBI agents, a Foundation investigation led by Dr. ██████████ and Dr. █████ led to several simultaneous reaction events that ended in the complete loss of the investigation team.
