Description: SCP-XXXX appears as a 1942 Serta queen sized mattress, 1.542 meters wide, 2.032 meters long, and 0.1542 meters thick. Faded white in color, though no discernable stains upon it.
The object does not appear to have any effects while left idle. However, once a living entity lays upon the bed, the gravitational force located within 1 meter of the center of the bed will slowly begin to increase. The rate appears to increase at a rate of roughly 1 G-force per 12 hours.
Subjects sleeping in SCP-XXXX in a blind experiment have reported sleeping well, but with difficulty getting up, not unlike sleeping with a weighted blanket.
In experiments where living subjects ceased to live, the anomalous gravity rapidly dissipates, over the course of 62 seconds, regardless of how much built up gravity had occurred.
Highest recorded gravity is 12 G's. The subject, [redacted], lost consciousness on SCP-XXXX, but gravity did not stop increasing until death.
SCP-XXXX is to be stored in warehouse 17, room 22-B. Object is cleared for regular experimentation for potential uses of anomalous gravity.
