Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5129 is to be surrounded by a wall made of reinforced titanium. All instinces of SCP-5129-2 are to have leather gloves locked onto there hands. The earth that SCP-5129-1 is built on top of is to be covered in plates of steel. If any instances of SCP-5129-2 are seen outside of the wall or without gloves, they are to be secured by security personnel and taken too a cell until they are able to be returned to SCP-5129-1. There must be at least five (5) security personnel on duty surrounding or inside of SCP-5129-1 at all times. The land surrounding SCP-5129 has been bought by the SCP foundation. Any tests on instances of SCP-5129-2 must be cleared by at least two(2) personnel of at least level 2 clearance and observed by at least three(3) level 2 security clearance guards. If an earthquake occurs around SCP-5129 all nearby personnel must evacuate immediately.

Description: SCP-5129 is a small town with a population of about 100 people. SCP-5129-1 seems to have been designed like a medieval Chinese town. The people inside have been assigned SCP-5129-2 and the town SCP-5129-1. All instances of SCP-5129-2 have the ability to control earth. This ability can only be used by SCP-5129-2 if there hands are uncovered, the ground must be visible, and instances of SCP-5129-2 must be inside of SCP-5129-1. SCP-5129-1 is able to cause earthquakes at random once per month. These earthquakes can last up to 10 minutes unlike natural earthquakes which last from a few seconds to 4 minutes.

Addendum: On [REDACTED], instance of SCP-5129-2 somehow escaped SCP-5129-1 and got through the wall undetected. The instance of SCP-5129-2 ran to the nearest town and tried to get the police to help the town. The instance tried to tell the police everything about the town, but luckily they were not buying it. Once the instance was back in containment, all police that heard what it said had there memory erased.
