Special Containment Procedures:
4360 is to be held in a 10x10x4 meter building, chained up with some slack. The building must be in a large field 100 x 100 meters with an 8 meter tall fence. There are to be no more than 20 people assigned to him at a time. After every month, personnel are to be brought into a larger site to undergo a psych-review. If they seem in any way to be fearful of 4360, even in a well protected facility, or caring towards him, they are to be switched out immediately, and if the problem persists, a class-D amnestic is to be given to the afflicted person(s). During a breach, all personnel are to be evacuated beyond the perimeter fence. A system of small vents set up throughout the field will attempt to knock him unconscious with a very powerful anaesthetic. 4360 is then to be recontained, chained back up, and sealed back in its chamber.
Description:
This SCP is a bipedal humanoid covered in thick, dark obsidian plates. He stands at roughly 3.3 m tall. He has a tail that can be compared to that of a crocodile tail covered in these black plates. He has large gauntlets with large blades on the end and back of said gauntlet, along with a foldable shield. The creature has no eyes; research has shown that it uses some sort of constant echolocation to see using a warbling sound. The creature over time is shown to have an effect on the mind, charming the subject, or resulting in complete mental domination, but only when it is allowed to converse. Anybody who communicates regularly must report for a psych evaluation tri-annually, and there is a site-wide evaluation every two years. The creature has a large maw, which it can use to speak verbally but only very basic words. 4360 usually uses telepathy to communicate with others, but only those it knows are there. It must see or sense them. The item is also categorized as a relatively low grade cognitohazard, due to the effect on the minds of subjects and personnel.
Addendum:
After being found wandering around in the wilderness near [DATA EXPUNGED] he has been in the custody of The Foundation. When conducting a search of the village after, they found many items that 4360 claimed was theirs, and called them 'magical'. These items were confiscated for further research. It is also worth noting 4360 came after resisting and being put down with a mass of gun fire. From ████ interrogations with the staff tasked to and rotated from 4360 we found out his past. He was a tyrant from a far away dimension, who rose to power by forcibly overthrowing a kingdom with his 'brothers and sisters', but his lust for more power drove him to invade the others. He lead armies against the free world and was on the verge of victory. However, a band of adventurers stood against it. A fight occurred, and after most of the adventurers had died, only one stood against 4360. A wizard of great power. The wizard opened a portal in an attempt to banish 4360. It was a success to say the least. But in that act he was pulled in. They traveled beyond the boundaries of their universe and came out here. Once they came out, the wizard was slaughtered. His remains were found by an MTF team sent to investigate the energy disturbance.
Although after a few weeks in containment there was a breach, one of the worst in Site-███. 4360 proceeded to break through the chamber door where he was kept and went on a rampage. After killing ██ lives, he was stopped by a helicopter with a modified GUA-8. The rounds had high effectiveness at stalling 4360, and in the end knocked it unconscious. He was then chained back up. After there were no significant loss of life from 4360. We used one of the items found in the village 4360 appeared in, they were chains that we found to be very effective at holding 4360 in place. The chains were made out of a stronger and more reproducible version of graphene, that we now find in nature in relatively small quantities (~1-2 kg per year) allowing us to reproduce the chains by the time 4360 breaks out again.
NOTE Due to the breach, new containment plans are being drawn up, we think that a large area may work better, giving us time to react due to 4360's extremely slow speed. This will lead to a much lower loss of life every breach.
Its telepathy may work for and against 4360. We have found that although human minds are weaker than 4360's, the telepathic communication is somewhat of a two-way street, very limited on our side albeit. With enough time and people we might catch a glimpse at its future plans.
Due to the possibility of a CK-reconfiguration scenario (at the least) from 4360's armies somehow breaking into our reality, a termination test has been requested by level 4 researchers to the 05-council. Permission Granted by 05-council

Test 1A - 1/24/██
Subject: Figure out how 4360 reacts to personnel
Procedure: Many different types of personnel are sent in, some armed, others aren't
Results: It reacts depending on class, Class-D it seems to actually be friendly with, scientists (class C, near expendable at this time) it is annoyed by but only kills if provoked, and armed MTF are killed as soon as they enter.
Analysis: 4360 seems to react due to the personnel (and other living thing's) weapon availability, as for the Class-D, it is only slightly annoyed. The scientists, 4360 seems annoyed by their presence unless they take to harming it. And the MTF guards are reacted to with hostility, quickly killing them, probably due to their possession of a weapon.

Test 2A - 3/06/██
Subject: See how armed D-class force 4360 to react
Procedure: Send in a D-class armed with a rifle, and armored in bulletproof vests.
Results: The D-class was instructed to enter the chamber. Her initial reaction was to aim at 4360, which seemed to get an aggressive response out of 4360. After what we can only assume was 4360 psychically screaming at the D-class, she lowered her rifle.
Analysis: The test concludes that 4360 takes extra actions before resorting to kill armed people that have little to no intention to attempt to kill 4360. Whereas before with the MTF, 4360 just killed them.

Test 1B - 7/15/██
Subject: Termination
Procedure: We will fire at 4360 while it is chained up with three weapons, Project 90, a PARS 3 LR, and a 2S25.
Results: When the weapons were hauled into 4360's chamber, he became distressed. But we continued. The Project 90 was fired, no reaction. The chamber was cleared, the PARS was fired, no significant reaction. The 2S25 was fired at the head of 4360. 4360 was pushed back slightly.
Analysis: 4360 is extremely resistant to small to large arms fire. He is also resistant to explosives of tank-destroying caliber. It is estimated that a nuclear explosion of significant size will kill 4360.

Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-4361 is to be held in a room 2.5 m tall. It is to be watched by remote surveillance in a building 5 km away. If anything is seen that may be of concern contact must be established with the 05-council and the mobile task force Eta-13 is to be called in, and must reach the site in the required 10 minutes. Some of the task forces are already stationed at site-125, but if in need of assistance the others may be called in. And the only people assigned to taking care of site-125 must not know SCP-4360 exists. 4361 can't, under no circumstance, know that 4360 is on Earth. In the case where 4361 finds out that 4360 is on Earth, PROCEDURE 1065-REZA will be carried out.
Description:
4361 is an old, rotted human. Carbon dating puts him at around ████ years old. He stands roughly 2 m tall, and weighs roughly 68 kilograms. He is dressed in what can be described as a medieval King's garb, although aged and covered in rot and dirt. It has now way of hurting us physically but if one spends a large time (2 days) within 4km, they go insane, the rest of its energy is devoted to protecting itself. It is immune to all known forms of damage that we can throw at it, but can't hurt us. Though, when it sleeps, it is able to be hurt, but it only sleeps for very short times and still requires massive damage to be done to it. 4361 is to be classed as a medium-high grade cognitohazard.
Addendum:
4361 was found in an abandoned castle in the hills of [DATA REDACTED]. The initial team came back with slight mental problems, but went insane due to close proximity to it.

Special Containment Procedures:
Due to its interstellar nature, containment is only to keep it OUT of the Sol system. These procedures involve highly advanced signal reflectors (effective range of 0.847 AU), to make the Sol system 'invisible' to the intelligence. Another set of seismometers will monitor for movement. When such movement is found an MTF team is to be mobilized to set up a short range, yet powerful signal transmitter. This includes a virus that is projected through various signal transmitters to keep them in a state of inactivity. Information granted level 0 access in the case of a breach, afterwards all class C-E personnel are to be administered anesthetics. Regular access granted to class A-B, with the security clearance required to access the files being class 3 or above.
Description:
SCP-XXXX is a machine intelligence operating on a galactic scale. It operates with a variety of forms suited for different tasks, each with a different designation (labeled below). Its only task so far has been observed to collect precious metals and minerals at any and all costs. The brief encounter at the edge of the solar system showed us they posses a form of travel utilizing their collective mental power, travelling extremely fast despite having massive constructs. They even break the light speed barrier, they can travel from Jupiter to Earth in under 10 seconds.
SCP-XXXX-1 is the central machine intelligence. The main operating system that gives orders and commands to all the other iterations.
