Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a large containment cell in site 81 elevated in the air via chains connected to a 200-metric ton osmium block with a Reinforced lonsdaleite steel alloy at the neck and both wrists. Technicians must be available at all times in case of a breach. It is to be staffed with a group of at least 100 highly trained personnel at all times. There is no known way of keeping SCP-XXXX from outside information, or how to block his ability to tell if a person has triggered one of his anomalous properties. All information regarding SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a secured vault in site 81.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a tall humanoid figure in the color of obsidian. It is generally docile and abnormally strong. It shows signs of incredible intelligence as well as sentience and can speak any language just by listening to several words spoken from a lifeform. SCP-XXXX is capable of leveling entire buildings and making craters that can be seen from space, strategically, or just outright through rage. SCP-XXXX is docile unless provoked by very specific actions or triggers. Furthermore, SCP-XXXX is capable of solidifying into an unknown material and going into an alternate dimension. Upon solidification, he gains an unknown amount of mass but will not physically alter any other inanimate object, such as the ground or the chains that hold it. However, if any biotic organism gets within 5 meters of it, a spike will shoot out from the body and impale the organism. For more information see the addendums. However, it seems displeased whenever it harms an animal, especially young ones.

SCP-XXXX was found after a large unidentified object crashed into [REDACTED] in which it emerged from the waters and started [REDACTED] a large group of people that had surrounded to watch. For more information, see addendum XXXX-E. SCP-XXXX was secured and transported to Site 81 after several attempts to contain it in a cage through robotic means. This was done after SCP-XXXX solidified and killed countless personnel that attempted to contain it.

Dr. [REDACTED] is to supervise all testing of SCP-XXXX. Furthermore, they have figured out how to use SCP-XXXX to re-contain Keter class breaches through its anomalous properties to protect all life. However, it is necessary to get 1/4th of the 05 Council’s vote to do so.
