Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-4285 is to be housed in a specialized holding area once every 4 weeks. After this period SCP-4285 is allowed to roam the facility freely but also under standard supervision via a tracking device. Subject is permitted to eat, work and bunk alongside standard security personnel between the subject's 4 week schedule. The containment cell is to have a sun-roof with silver bars on both the sun-roof and the door to the cell as well as concrete reinforcement on the entirety of the cell other than the door and the sun-roof. The room is to be barren except a series of drains at both the center of the room as well as each of the four corners of the room. The room is to be well-ventilated but also have a faint pine scent to be mixed in with the filtered air at all times. Standard video surveillance is also to be maintained but is not mandatory. The aforementioned time-period for holding SCP-4285 once every 4 weeks is to last for 24 hours at most. Cell is to be cleaned after the 24 hour period after the Subject has left said cell. During the 24 hour period subject is to be completely left alone in their specialized holding cell and not interacted with in any manner. Subject is also to enter containtment cell with a large slab of meat but nothing else, including clothing.
Description:
SCP-4285 appears to be a being that half of the time appears as a human male of 6 feet in height with short blonde hair and green eyes whilst the other half of the time appearing as a being that can only be described as a Werewolf at a height of at least 8 feet and glowing green eyes. When in the "Wolfen Form" as SCP-4285 describes it, subject appears to have full control over its physical and mental actions. Subject seems to have no control of when they shift but is fully aware of when "It is time". When SCP-4285 is in "Wolfen Form", he is bipedal and has features that are definitavely canine in appearance; a snout, elongated ears, sharpened teeth, hands becoming claws, feet becoming digitrade paws as well as muscle and bone mass increasing substantially with the inclusion of black fur covering the subject's entire body. SCP-4285 wears clothes similar to a standard human, albiet much larger due to increased muscle and bone mass whilst in this form. Subject also seems to favor walking on all fours during this period in a manner identical to non-SCPs of the Canine variety. SCP-4285 also dislikes being "petted" and will growl in an animalistic manner when done so, followed up by a closed-handed punch. Usually aimed at either the cheek or abdomen. SCP-4285 also appears to have hightened senses as well as strength and speed when in "Wolfen Form", as shown during testing after initial interview. This also seems to carry over to the Subject's Human Form, but to a lesser degree. When in Human Form, subject is of similar physical appearance to that of a United States Marine. SCP-4285 even regularly cuts its hair when in Human Form to match that of said personnel. Subject also appears to be in peak physical condition, even sporting a set of washboard abdominal muscles as well as highly defined pectoral muscles.
SCP-4285 seems to have a military background as when being initially interviewed, Subject noted the make and model of the firearms of the security personnel present with surprising accuracy. Subject also appears to have an Eastern European/Russian Accent, due to having originated from that region. SCP-4285 also goes by the name "Arkady" and claims to have forgotten his surname. DNA, Fingerprint and dental records have been inconclusive in identifying SCP-4285's heritage, though through DNA testing, the Foundation has learned that SCP-4285 is at least a Century old, if not older.
History:
SCP-4285 was not brought to the Foundation's attention through standard circumstances. Rather SCP-4285 willingly sought out agents in the greater Russian territories. Once SCP-4285 was brought into the Foundation and all traces of him were scrubbed from public record, SCP-4285 informed the foundation that he was born and raised in Saint Petersburg. Although SCP-4285 kept calling the city "Leningrad" quote "Due to old habits". SCP-4285 claims to have fought in both World Wars and have survived multiple injuries although his body was able to recover thanks to his "Condition". After the War, SCP-4285 was recruited into the then Soviet Special Forces and soon made it into the superpower's Tier One operator circle. Unfortunately, after the Cold War ended, SCP-3539 began preforming mercenary work to "pay the bills". During this time, SCP-4285 became aware of the Foundation and sought us out for "employment".
