Special Containment Procedures: Satellite monitoring is to be used to locate SCP-XXXX when it appears or attacks a town. MTF Beta-7 are to be deployed to any towns attacked by SCP-XXXX and equipped with full biohazard gear to terminate any. Type Gray entities. Survivors are to be terminated and corpses incinerated. A cover story is to be given to nearby towns or cities to explain the disappearance of the attacked town and residents. The town will be quarantined and a fence is to be put up around the attacked town. This will then be known as a quarantine zone. MTF's are not to engage SCP-XXXX in combat. See the incident report for more details.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a humanoid entity whose body is in a corpse-like state whenever SCP-XXXX appears. It is always armed with a short bow and a full quiver of arrows. SCP-XXXX-1 is a malnourished white stallion that displays symptoms of rabies. SCP-XXXX-1 has shown the ability to fully understand human speech and behavior. Both SCP-XXXX and SCP-xxx-1 are unaffected by conventional weaponry. SCP-XXXX can control and create anomalous or non-anomalous viruses and bacteria in a 20-meter radius around it. SCP-XXXX can accelerate infection and deeply worsen symptoms of infected humans. For example, a common cold could kill a victim in less than 5 minutes. SCP-XXXX has control over a plague of locust, this plague is designated SCP-XXXX-2. Testing on dead instances of SCP-xxx-2 shows that SCP-XXXX-2 is also infected with multiple known and unknown diseases. SCP-XXXX, SCP-XXXX-1, and SCP-XXXX-2 have all shown the ability to teleport, being able to materialize and vanish at any moment. SCP-XXXX mounted on SCP-XXXX-1 will materialize outside small towns and villages. SCP-XXXX will then send SCP-XXXX-2 through said towns with SCP-XXXX-2 infecting most residents, livestock and destroying any crops. SCP-XXXX will then ride through the town killing most residents via its bow and arrow or its anomalous effect. SCP-XXXX has shown great joy in these activities often laughing or celebrating after an incursion. SCP-XXXX will then dematerialize SCP-XXXX. Any survivors or corpses will become a Type Gray entity.

Notes: SCP-XXXX materialized outside of ██████ Mexico and swarmed the town with SCP-XXXX-2. Due to there experience with Bio hazard-based, SCP's MTF Beta-7 was tasked with the containment of SCP-XXXX and the termination of all Type Gray entities. All members of MTF Beta-7 were equipped with a full biohazard protection suit, body cameras, microphones, and standard-issue combat gear. Feed begins as MTF Beta-7 enters the town.

R-6 Logan: Christ we have to walk into that.
Ahead is a swarm of SCP-XXXX-3 surrounding the city audible cry's for help can be heard coming from the town.
R-16 Oscar: I'm about as excited as you are Logan but we have a job to do ready up and be on high alert.
MTF Beta-7 enter the town visibility is slightly obscured due to the amount of SCP-XXXX-2 instances. inhuman groaning can be heard nearby.
R-10 Ramirez: What the fuck is that.
R-16 Oscar: Weapons ready.
A type gray entity lunges at R-10 attempting to bite through his suit. R-10 pulls out a combat knife and stabs it through the eye the type gray falls over limp.
R-16 Oscar: Has your suit been breached?
R-10 Ramirez: No sir.
R-16 Oscar: Good grab your knife and let's go our target will most likely be in the town square.
MTF Beta-7 heads toward the town square terminating multiple type gray along the way. There were no suit breaches or injuries sustained. As MTF BETA 7 approaches the town square, audible screams can be heard, along with laughter. A civilian comes running out of the town square shouting for help. The civilian is visibly injured and covered in warts and sores.
R-16 Oscar: hold your fire, halt civilian or we will shoot.
The civilian stop and puts his hands in the air.
Civilian: Please you have to help me that thing it's not hu.
An arrow is shot from town square piercing the civilian through the heart. Audible laughter and horse neighing can be heard, the swarm starts to clear. SCP-XXXX can be heard as it trots out of the square.
SCP-XXXX: Then I saw when the lamp broke one of the seven seals, and I heard one of the four living creatures saying as with a voice of thunder "Come." I looked and behold a white horse and he who sat on it had a bow, and a crown was given to him so he went on to conquer.
R-16 Oscar: Open fire!
MTF Beta 7 all fire on SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX is completely unfazed by the gunfire SCP-XXXX is seen smiling.
SCP-XXXX: A futile effort, but do tell me do you honestly believe those suits can protect you.
R-8 yang starts audibly coughing up blood and developing warts.
SCP-XXXX: it's amazing what dormant viruses humans go their whole lives having and never knowing.
R-16 Oscar: Logan grab yang and everyone get to the extraction site.
R-16 throws a smoke grenade and MTF Beta-7 attempts to retreat to the extraction point.
SCP-XXXX: Yes, run little sheep make this more interesting ill even give you a 10-minute head start
MTF beta-7 is halfway to the extraction when horse hooves are heard.
R-8 yang: leave me.
R-6 Logan: I"m not leaving you yang!
R-8 yang: Go, I'm only slowing you down. I'll see if I can distract it long enough for you to get away.
R-8 shoves R-6 off of her and readies her assault rifle.
R-8 yang: Go!
The rest of MTF Beta-7 continue to the extraction point while R-8 stays behind. After 2 minutes gunshots can be heard. The gunshots continue for 30 seconds then stop.
R-6 Logan: Yang.
R-16 Oscar: come on we need to keep moving unless you want her sacrifice to be in vain.
MTF Beta-7 makes it to the edge of the city.
R-10 Ramirez: the extraction point is right past this street.
R-16 logan: then let's go, I can see the helicopter.
Scp-XXXX proceeds to materialize behind them and trample R-10.
SCP-XXXX: did you believe it would that easy?
R-16 Oscar: YOU BASTARD!!
R-16 proceeds to open fire on SCP-XXXX.
SCP-XXXX: You Dare speak to me that way human filth.
R-16's mouth starts foaming, R-16 clutches at his throat trying to breathe and fall's over limp.
SCP-XXXX: now for the last one.
SCP-XXXX slowly approaches R-6.
R-6 Logan: P… Pl… Please.
SCP-XXXX laughs.
R-6 eyes start bleeding, warts and sores start appearing on his face. He can feel fluid start to fill his lungs.
Mysterious voice: Enough, his life is not yours to take.
behind SCP-XXXX a tall hooded figure with his face hidden can be seen on a deteriorating horse, parts of its flesh is falling off and half its face was gone.
SCP-XXXX: but I've already killed the rest of his squad.
Mysterious figure: and their lives were also not yours to take. We said you could have some fun, not wipe out 10 towns in 2 months. We are not to ride out until the day of the rapture, now go.
SCP-XXXX: Fine.
SCP-XXXX and SCP-XXXX-1 along with all instances of SCP-XXXX-2 disappear. R-6 audibly coughs, the hooded figure is seen walking over to R-6.
Mysterious figure: do not fear human, your time has not come yet.

after incident-x-1 attacks from SCP-XXXX have ceased completely. However, we should still be on high alert. We know SCP-XXXX is still out there, along with a mysterious figure whom we know nothing about except, that even SCP-XXXX fears it. This by itself is reason to be concerned, we must be prepared if SCP-XXXX or this hooded figure ever appear again
