Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a 5x5x5 meter standard containment cell at an offsite location in Alaska. Its containment cell is to be examined weekly for any cracks or damage in its cell. Individuals who have all a complete set of healthy endocrine, respiratory, nervous, renal, reproductive, respiratory, digestive, and circulatory organ systems are not permitted within a 1 km radius of SCP-XXXX‘s containment cell, and individuals with damaged organs shouldn't enter a 2 km radius of SCP-XXXX's containment cell. SCP-XXXX‘s containment cell should be under constant security camera watch. SCP-XXXX should not be relocated to another site as moval is considered to be too dangerous. Should SCP-XXXX escape containment, recontainment should become the first priority and an on-site retrieval team that does not have a complete set of the organ systems listed above should be sent out to recontain SCP-XXXX as fast as possible. A 75 mg dose of Class B amnestics should be given to any civilian individuals who witness SCP-XXXX, and all who have been nonfatally injured in the attack should be examined, their wounds tended to and given a 75 mg dose of Class B amnestics before being let go. Individuals who have fatal wounds should be disposed of, and a cover story of a bear attack should be issued by the police.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a gray-skinned, approximately 1.5-meter tall humanoid figure (when standing upright) which weighs roughly 57 kilograms. It stands slouched forward, with seven arms positioned at various points along its back. It should be noted that it has no arms at its elbows where humans would usually have arms. It has a burlap sack tied around its back with a rope tightened between its lower two pairs of arms and its uppermost pair of arms. Despite the ropes, the sack seems to be apart of SCP-XXXX's back Any attempt to retrieve items from SCP-XXXX's sack have ended in failure and immediate aggression of SCP-XXXX (see addendum-1 for more details). SCP-XXXX's lowest pair of arms have claws, each finger resembling a standard kitchen knife, its uppermost arm has only 4 thumbs, which it uses to grab desired objects and place them in its sack, and the 2 pairs of arms between the lowest and uppermost having small hands resembling a toddlers. It has a mouth that stretches from where its ears should be on one side of its head, to where the other ear should be, though it has no ears, or a nose or eyes. This mouth has no teeth or tongue and is unable to be closed. At the back of the mouth is a rusted tin pipe that leads into an empty cavity in SCP-XXXX's chest. This seems to be where SCP-XXXX produces the anesthetic that it emits while performing surgery. SCP-XXXX does not move while not enraged or aggressive. When SCP-XXXX comes within a 1-kilometer radius of a human individual who has a complete set of the organ systems listed above, it will enter its enraged state. In this state, it will begin looking for any cracks or ways out of its chamber. If found it finds any openings or cracks, SCP-XXXX will begin forcing its way into said openings and cracks, shrinking itself and its sack in size to fit into the crack or opening, completely disappearing once completely out of sight. If it is unable to find any cracks or openings, it will fall onto the ground, going into the fetal position and begin emanating a loud, crying sound from its open mouth for 15 minutes before returning to normal. If it succeeds in escaping from sight, it will reappear in a location out of sight closest to the individual who put it into its enraged state. It will then attack the individual, subduing them and opening up their torso to remove their organs. In all tests, SCP-XXXX has been shown to also take any bones which become loose while it is harvesting the organs. All harvested organs are placed into their sack. There does not seem to be a limit to the number of organs placed inside of the sack. After harvesting all organs available to it in the individual's torso region, SCP-XXXX will stitch up the victim's chest with a spool of string that it pulls out of its sack, as well as a needle. The string is very durable and the material it is made of is unknown. When an individual with damaged organs enters a 2 km radius of SCP-XXXX, it will disappear, reappearing near the individual with damaged organs. It will then emit an anesthetic gas from its mouth before removing the damaged organs from the individual and replacing them with healthy organs before stitching the individual's chest cavity back up. After replacing the individual's organs, it will retreat to a cold and damp location where it will remain until another individual with damaged organs or a complete set of the organ systems listed above. Individuals who are operated on by SCP-XXXX remember having surgery performed on them by what they claim is an angel, whether they are religious or not and will generally become happier, even if they were never aware that their organs were damaged. It will act unresponsive if individuals who have missing organs enter its 1-kilometer radius and will allow itself to be recontained as long as its sack remains untouched. When becoming aggressive, which will result from its sack being touched, it will begin attacking the individual who touched it, usually grabbing their face with its uppermost hand and tearing into it with the lowest hands. After the individual is terminated, it will return to its docile state. It will not harvest the organs of individuals who touch their sack. SCP-XXXX has been shown to be able to speak Russian, Spanish, French, Latvian, and English, but has not been observed speaking any other language (see interview-1)
Addendum-1: On 18/7/2004, SCP-XXXX was first discovered by a mayor in a remote town in Alaska after the town's 142 citizens were found dead in their homes, dying over a 28-hour period. Its properties were discovered after 10 member recovery team was sent to retrieve it, the only survivor being an organ donor Another of its properties was determined when the organ donor attempted to pull its sack off, resulting in the death of the member by SCP-XXXX. After this, SCP-XXXX was recovered and a site was constructed at the site of the town under the guise of a military base.

<End Log>Closing Statement: Following this interview, SCP-XXXX's request for more string was promptly >denied. All other requests, including being let go, being given proper surgeon tools, and being >armed with a gun for self-defense have been denied. SCP-XXXX has not spoken since their last >request was denied. Despite claiming it was out of string, SCP-XXXX has not shown to be running out of string.
