Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX
Description: SCP-XXXX is an orange grove located in Murcia, Spain. The lot size amounts to 320 meters long and 210 meters wide. According to records, the grove has been abandoned for a minimum of 80 years, however, it shows no sign of overgrowth. Buildings around the area that were also abandoned at the time are heavily dilapidated in comparison. Specimens of fruit from the grove, (collectively known as SCP-XXXX-1), show no signs of abnormalities. The orange trees in the area, (collectively known as SCP-XXXX-2) also show no signs of any abnormalities present. SCP-XXXX was brought to the attention of the foundation after multiple school children went missing in the area. During the search for the lost children many search groups also went missing. Upon arrival to the area, foundation members felt a draw to enter the grove. [See Test Log #1]
Test Log #1: During the successful locating of SCP-XXXX, D-2145, who was brought along to test possible SCP's, was handcuffed and sent into the grove with two Class E personal trailing with at a distance of 10 meters. Both Class E personnel were equipped with M16A4 rifles and were under strict orders to terminate D-2145 if he makes an attempt to escape. Both personnel were equipped with on person radios with a reception distance of 1.36 kilometers. D-2145 (Hereby referred to as the subject) was reported to be ecstatic to be entering the grove, both of the guard also reported to be feeling a sense of happiness.
After wandering an estimated 200 meters into the grove, both guards reported that they were unable to see the way to where they had entered, this is despite the linear pattern of SCP-XXXX and the fact that they were in clear view down the lane they had walked up by observers. Both Guards also reported to feel starved within the grove. All personnel were instructed to resist temptation of eating the fruits and to turn back the way they had came. A guard responded with "I don't know where we came from, or where we are anymore." Afterwards the subject and both guards were witnessed to walk perpendicularly to their original path and vanished from view after they switch the lane were walking through. After the personnel had disappeared from view, collectively three oranges fell from the two rows of trees surrounding the lane they had originally entered. These oranges were collected along with 7 more from random lanes to bring back to the main headquarters for analysis. Both the subject and both guards are presumed MIA
