Special Containment Procedures: Because of it's nature, SCP-XXXX can not be contained traditionally, only by deleting information about the ritual and administering amnestics to people who know anything about it. The main goal is to completely erase all traces of information about the existence of the ritual.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a ritual that can summon the angel-like entities, referred to as SCP-XXXX-01. Person performing it need to feel the desire for revenge, must be a victim (or a close relative if the victim is dead) of a crime, where perpetrator is known, but for some reason could not be punished by the human justice system, mainly due to the lack of evidence or the fact that such a person is somehow influential and can avoid the punishment.
SCP-XXXX exist as an old legend known mostly by elderly people in UK, especially Wales. According to it, SCP-XXXX-01 instances are absolutely neutral and punish people based solely on the summoner's beliefs, therefore in case that the chosen person turns out to be innocent, the summoner will be simply left with a sense of guilt, as a punishment of sorts. This is included as a warning in the original version of the legend.
The ritual includes saying a special "prayer" (See Document XXXX-001 for more details), offering few drops of blood and writing all known information about the perpetrator on a piece of paper in red ink. If all these conditions are met, the ritual should result in the appearance of one or more instances of SCP-XXXX-01.
Based on the testimony of people who had contact with it, SCP-XXXX-01 is the group of entities that, in most cases, resemble the common image of angels present in various religions or cultures with fair hair (mostly golden blond), lack of the physical body and being dressed in flowing white robes. Many witnesses also mentions that the perfect facial features, no expressions and the color of their skin makes them look like statues carved out of ivory, but in most cases their bodies appear slightly translucent too. Face features of SCP-XXXX-01 instances are presented differently by each person, the height also varies, but they are always taller than the average person, measuring around 2 meters in height.
However, what distinguishes SCP-XXXX-01 entities from the image of typical angels are dark blue eyes that lack any pupils and huge scarlet-colored wings which glisten slightly in the light, as if they were made of rubies, although the feathers look similar to ordinary ones, just much bigger in size. It also seems that when the entities try to establish verbal communication, their lips do not move despite the fact that the voice is heard, but the people summoning them are subconsciously sure that it is the voice of the SCP-XXXX-01 entity.

After saying this words, summoner needs to puncture their skin, preferably on the finger, and let a few drops of blood to fall on a piece of paper that contain information about the chosen person.
Addendum XXXX-001: SCP-XXXX used to be known by small group of people, but lately started to spread quite fast online and it came to Foundation's attention because of increase in cases where mostly some rich and influential people, possibly engaged in criminal activities, were disappearing. A thorough investigation of both these people and potential victims of their activities revealed the anomalous nature of SCP-XXXX.
Summoners, when asked if they know what is happening to individuals whom they have identified as the perpetrators to SCP-XXXX-01 instances, say that the entities show how the chosen are simply "wiped out" of existence, which additionally seems to cause them great suffering.
Addendum XXXX-002: On 01/08/20██, young woman from UK who summoned SCP-XXXX-01 was brought into Foundation custody and, while being questioned by Foundation, took out a piece of paper from her jacket pocket, handing it to the agent. On one side was a very carefully crafted drawing of SCP-XXXX: one male and one female figure in the foreground, quite different from each other in appearance, three very similar looking male figures in the background. On the other side of the paper there were notes in neat handwriting, but apparently made in a hurry, in fragments of sentences.

When asked how she got so much information about each individual instance of SCP-XXXX-01, woman said that she simply asked the entities, got an answer, and later wrote it down.
