Description:
SCP – XXXX is a webpage that currently goes by the name SCP foundation, and uses the url www.scp-wiki.net that appeared on the internet on January 19th 2008. The website appears to be wiki page with in depth knowledge of the SCP foundation including reports, articles, and stories of the SCP Foundation, SCP's, and other people and organisation connected to SCP's.

Initially upon discovery of the website the foundation believed SCP – XXXX to be serious breach of security, and an organisation in opposition to the foundation had created it to undermine the secrecy of the foundation. However when foundation personnel found articles that listed SCP that were undiscovered or unreported that later were discovered and reported afterwards, The foundation came to the conclusion that the creators of the website were either; foreseeing the future or the very act of creating an article on the page was in fact altering reality. After researching the website further they discovered it was the latter and the people writing the articles, who turned out to be civilians were in fact creating the very SCP's they were writing about.

Upon the discovery that SCP – XXXX was in fact the cause of SCP's, and it's existence alone was a significant threat to mankind's very existence, all efforts were put into removing SCP – XXXX from the internet. Unfortunately to this date we have been unable to remove the website, find it's creator, locate the hosting server physically or digitally, or block access to SCP – XXXX using software. Until a way to remove SCP – XXXX form the internet is discovered our information security division has been tasked with decreasing traffic to the website by controlling the flow of data both online and via other media sources.
