The case is to be contained within a 3m x 3m x 3m tantalum carbine room at all times. Doors are to be locked at all times with the exception of allowing level 2 or higher personnel in or out. No fewer than one (1) armed guards are to be posted at all times.

Description: SCP-XXXX appears to be a cube 4in x 4in x 4in consisting of a unknown material. This materiel appears to be condensed Ice XV. SCP-XXXX can change the surrounding 5 yard's temperature in a range from 300 fahrenheit to -200 fahrenheit. The hue of SCP-XXXX changes appropriately with the change in temperature going from Safety Orange to Robin Egg Blue. SCP-XXXX appears to have sentience. SCP-XXXX can change its temperature at any given moment.
