Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4440 is to be held in a 10x10 standard humanoid containment chamber with the following:

SCP-4329 is allowed four (4) hours of music and tv for entertainment per day. SCP-4440 is not to roam the halls of the center unless they are accompanied by a level 3 personnel.
Description: SCP-4440 is appears to be a woman in her early 40s, with long brown hair and a pale complexion. SCP-4440 appears to have the remarkable ability to use various neurological powers, including telekinesis, levitation, mind control and the ability to create force fields. SCP-4440 is 1.5 meters tall, and weighs 150 pounds. Despite being the age of 43 years, SCP-4440 is relatively young in appearance. SCP-4440 is of average intelligence, but is capable of learning quickly when given a visual aid, such as an educational television show or pod cast on languages and cultures.
SCP-4440 was found amongst the remains of a burnt down house in [REDACTED], New Mexico in 20[REDACTED]. She was found in the basement of the home after several neighbors told authorities that they could hear someone calling out for help coming from the partially buried basement a few days after the fire. She was found to be in a malnourished state, and was covered in ash and soot. When officials attempted to approach her, SCP-4440 responded with hostility, overtaking three male officers by using mental powers to [REDACTED]. The foundation was contacted, and managed to contain SCP-4440 and brought her back to site-19. Upon finding SCP-4440, she appeared to be in the age range of 16-21, but was later found to be born in 19[REDACTED] making her 43 years old. upon examination, SCP-4440 was found to have many old bruises and scars.

Dr. [REDACTED]:… uh, if its too difficult to talk about, then we can just focus on something else. what did you do to the officers, and how did you do it?
SCP-4440: You mean my curse?
Dr. [REDACTED]: Is that what it is? do you know who gave you this curse?
SCP-4440: I don't fucking know, all I know is that I'm just some cursed bag of bat shit that my "poor, god fearing parents" had to deal with, okay?
Dr. [REDACTED]: uh w-well, I believe that several witnesses claimed that you had picked up the officers and [REDACTED], correct?
SCP-4440: yeah, so? that's what the curse does.
Dr. [REDACTED]: And you were able to produce a 'shield' out of thin air, correct?
SCP-4440: what the fuck's your point?!
Dr. [REDACTED]: (attempting to calm down SCP-4329)My point is, I do not think that what you were doing was a curse.
SCP-4440: what do you mean? my parents always told me it was a curse.
Dr. [REDACTED]: well, what your experiencing is actually an anomaly commonly referred to as telekinesis.
SCP-4440: wait, you mean that this, (SCP-4329 then proceeds to "lift" a pencil off of the table and levitates it in the air) is just some funky MK Ultra mind shit?
Dr. [REDACTED]:…You know what telekinesis is? what made you think it was a curse if you know what telekinesis is? How can you confuse that with something so trivia-
SCP-4440:ITS NOT THAT I THOUGHT IT WAS A FUCKING CURSE YOU GOD DAMNED SMALL MINDED SHALLOW BITCH! [SCP-4329 pins Dr. [REDACTED] to a wall using a strong mental force and is immediately overtaking by MTF.)
