Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a standard humanoid containment cell in Site 118's Alpha wing, and is to be provided with a supply of water and various diffusible substances for the subject to train their ability. Subject has proven so far that it means no harm to Foundation personnel, although it is still advisable to restrict its vision if staff with knowledge of sensitive information should pass through its potential line of sight. SCP-XXXX is also to be allowed weekly contact with SCP-2599.

SCP-XXXX is to be contained in the centre of a concrete cube, with at least 500m between the confines of the cell and anything else. If any members of staff express the opinion that SCP-XXXX should be allowed less secure conditions/contact with other anomalous entities, this should be taken as a sign that the effective range of the anomaly is even larger, and a further 500m should be added between its cell and the outside world.

Description:
SCP-XXXX is a 17-year-old, Caucasian female. They were first passed into Foundation hands as D-6282, a former Death Row inmate for ██ counts of murder. However, as other personnel began to show high levels of appreciation and obedience towards the entity, even when they received no verbal commands, it was interrogated in connection to these events and confessed to causing the anomalies knowingly, and claimed it had been able to do it their entire life. Several tests were conducted, and it was concluded that it was, in fact, telling the truth, and that it could influence various personnel in their line of sight. It also revealed that they could maintain this effect for 12 hours, but no longer. This seems to regenerate when the entity is allowed to sleep for a duration of time longer than 5 hours.

It was later discerned that they could also influence entropic processes, such as diffusion, although it could not have the same effect on the motion of air particles, for 2 hours until they needed to regenerate. Testing indicates that this also affects the time that they can maintain their first anomaly for, and vice-versa. It claims that it influences other entities by connecting to them through a parallel plane which it refers to as 'Plane X'. There is not yet any physical proof of this theory.

Dr. Fredericks, SCP-XXXX's Head Researcher, showed great interest in cross-testing the entity with several other anomalies they had knowledge of, often humanoids, with either an Euclid or Keter rating. Several of the entities that SCP-XXXX interacted with were SCP-352, SCP-4092, and SCP-2599. In the case of SCP-2599, the two made fast friends, and both research teams were compelled to allow the two to interact on a friendly basis weekly, despite opposing protocol. SCP-XXXX took special interest in the other's reality-warping abilities, although this should be no true cause for alarm.

During their internment, SCP-XXXX has showed rapid improvement. It has increased the duration it can affect entropic processes consistently from 30 minutes to 1 hour, and it can constantly affect the minds of others, so long as its line of sight is maintained. SCP-XXXX's research team has taken a great interest in nigh-constant testing/training.

In addition to this, SCP-XXXX's research team has repeatedly petitioned for it to be upgraded to a Thaumiel class, citing their positive interactions with other SCPs. This was denied until October 21, 20██, when it was finally allowed. Their upgrade is scheduled for mid-November.

+ Incident XXXX-A

Date of incident: November 7th, 20██

Events:

0900 hours: SCP-XXXX awakens.

1050 hours: SCP-352, SCP-4092 and several of the other entities cross-tested with SCP-XXXX enter extremely agitated states.

1100 hours: The door inexplicably explodes outwards from SCP-XXXX's cell. Nothing was in contact with the door at the time, and the leading hypothesis suggests that it used air particle manipulation, which it had previously not shown an ability to perform. Soon after the door was destroyed, SCP-XXXX leaves its cell and [DATA EXPUNGED] the entire research team. This led to ██ casualties by itself.

1150 hours: SCP-XXXX leaves into the adjacent hallway. Due to the multiple containment breaches across the facility, including SCP-4092 and SCP-████, and the comparatively harmless anomaly SCP-XXXX represents (as shown on records at the time) the entity encounters minimal forces. Those which it does encounter, it [DATA EXPUNGED] until they stopped bleeding, when it moved on.

1200 hours: SCP-XXXX arrives at the cell of SCP-2599. It enters with relatively no resistance, and proceeds to give one spoken command to SCP-2599, which is as follows:

"Take both of us to █████ in ███████."

SCP-XXXX immediately disappears without a trace. SCP-2599 is left in its cell, very confused. This was likely caused by their second effect.

This incident is believed to be orchestrated entirely by SCP-XXXX, and caused ████ casualties in total across the several containment breaches. The following assumptions have been made:

1. SCP-XXXX can influence any living creature, regardless of sight.
2. This included its research team, which led to the poor containment methods.
3. SCP-XXXX can also control the motion of air particles, despite previous research.

The discoveries made about the nature of SCP-XXXX's anomaly during Incident XXXX-A that were previously concealed have led to an upgrade to a Keter-class entity. Containment procedures have been updated to reflect this.
