Per 
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX-1 is to be kept in a modified Humanoid Containment Cell. The modifications done to the cell are listed below:
- A 3m thick outer wall constructed entirely out of a modified lead alloy.
- A 3m thick inner wall constructed from a mixture of concrete and a version SCP-XXXX-2 which has been crushed into a fine powder that still contains its radioactive properties.
- A tablet consisting of every comic book published by DC Comics which include the fictional character Superman.
- A television consisting of every published live action or animated form of media which contains the fictional character Superman.
Every team assigned to SCP-XXXX-1 should have a member equipped with a piece of jewellery that contains an exposed amount of SCP-XXXX-2. Personnel equipped with the jewellery are to be notified that continued exposure to the jewellery has a small chance to effect the wearer with radiation poisoning, or in extreme cases, cancer.
Under no circumstances is SCP-XXXX-1 allowed to be introduced to, or be alerted about the existence of SCP-4128.
Under no circumstances is SCP-XXXX-1 allowed to believe that it is not the fictional character Superman for risk of containment failure. Any personnel caught telling SCP-XXXX-1 that it is in fact, not Superman, or that Superman is a fictional character, is subject to termination.
The foundation is to try and trick the public into believing that SCP-XXXX-2 is a naturally forming crystalline substance, and that SCP-XXXX-3 has existed since the founding of The United States of America. This is already being done through use of mass amnestics and altercations to world wide sources of information, such as history books, or Wikipedia.
Description: SCP-XXXX-1 is the designation given to an 8 year old male child named [DATA CORRUPTED]. Due to SCP-XXXX-1's anomalous nature, it is impossible to refer to the child's birth name without the data being corrupted. The only safe name to call the child beside his SCP designation is Clark Kent. SCP-XXXX-1 firmly believes that it is the fictional character Superman.
SCP-XXXX-1 is believed to be an immensely powerful reality bender. Currently, its most impressive feat was the instant manifestation of an entire city located within the state of Delaware, United States of America. This city is now home to approximately 11 million citizens. This city has been designated SCP-XXXX-3.
Through various methods of testing, it is believed that SCP-XXXX-1 is unaware of and is unable to access its reality bending powers on purpose, even in life-threatening situations. This is thought to be because SCP-XXXX-1 believes that, since Superman can't bend reality, and it is Superman, than it shouldn't be able to bend reality either.
SCP-XXXX-1's more prominent anomalous abilities come into affect when its exposed to UV Radiation, or more specifically, sunlight. When exposed to these sources of radiation, SCP-XXXX-1 becomes an immensely powerful tactikinesis1 user. Currently, SCP-XXXX-1's mastery over his tactikinesis allows him to use it in a wide variety of ways. This includes: immensely increased strength, speed, endurance, and self-propelled flight. (For more information, view testing logs in Addendum XXXX-1-01) Other abilities given to SCP-XXXX-1 from exposure to sunlight include:
- The ability to project Roentgen rays from its eyes, and then perceive what said rays interact with as a secondary form of vision. This vision is unable to penetrate through thick enough lead.
- The ability to project stored radiation from sunlight as pure infrared beams from the eyes. Unable to discern hottest temperature, as the testing chamber and equipment began to malfunction due to melting from the heat.
- The ability to lower the temperature of carbon dioxide it exhales. Lowest recorded temperature was -41.11°C/-42°F.
- Enhanced sight. Able to perceive down to the molecular level without the aid of a microscope.
- Enhanced hearing. Able to hear microwave frequencies without the aid of technology, as well as being able to hear over extreme distances with exceptional clarity.
When deprived of any sunlight or introduced to harmful radiation, SCP-XXXX-1 loses all of its anomalous abilities. This effect is more amplified when exposed to SCP-XXXX-2.
SCP-XXXX-2 is a green luminescent crystalline substance found from the debris of a meteor shower that occurred on ██/██/20██. SCP-XXXX-2 has the ability to project small amounts of █████ radiation. This radiation, while only lethal to humans with long exposure, instantly remove any of the solar radiation gathered up by SCP-XXXX-1. Testing on why this is has been inconclusive, but the result is exceptionally reliable. SCP-XXXX-2 has been authorized to be used in containment procedures by the Ethics Committee.
