Per 
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a one by two (1 x 2) kilometre area without any marking or border.
Twelve (12) field agents should be deployed to Site XXXX-1 every third year, for sixteen (16) days before and after the winter solstice. Years are counted from 1302 Common Era.
Due to population density in the area surrounding Site XXXX-1, field agents are to be disguised as German Military on winter training.
At lease two (2) field agents should be staffed and patrolling the border at any given time during the deployment, in groups of two or more. NEVER at any point during a routine patrol should this partner system be broken. Patrol groups should brace their arms together, and should not let go of each other until the patrol is completed.
At least two (2) field agents should be stationed at the lookout tower located at camp, five (5) kilometres away from Site XXXX-1. They are are to never part more than ten (10) metres.
All field agents are instructed to ensure that no civilian or personnel enter the 1x2 kilometre containment area.
