Description:SCP-xxxx is a heavy armored soider.He is about 1.9 meters height and weight about 90kg.He is always alone.The military organization didn't have any information of him.And his equipment is about 50kg.He always bring a bulletproof shield.He is about 30 years old.He is resist to bullet and fire.He discovered in a car.He is suspected in a serial killing case.He suspected kill about 63 people at all.He can teleport to everywhere and kill a random people.In last 2 years,he didn't has stay any evidence of his killing.His ways to kill people always is using gun.The reason that he kill people is unknown.He has extremely high intelligence and hatred of human.

Special Properties: He will feel alertness when he listen someone need to kill or execute him. His feeling can penetrate everything even is a word writing in paper.
If he feel Threatened，he can teleport to someone or something and destroy it. According to the observation,he can take any weapons on his backpack .
He is good at using gun,laser gun and knife. in the report of the people that he killed,80% people is killed by gun.
And every dead people is killed by only 1 shot. Some eyewitness said he used molotov,stun grenade,etc….before
