Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a 3 meter by 3 meter room, but can walk around the facility freely.
Description: SCP-XXXX appears to be a 15-year-old human boy, approximately 172 cm in height. It has curly blonde hair, its eyes appear to show a solar system. When a subject looks into SCP-XXXX’s eyes, they describe it as “The most beautiful thing they’ve ever seen.” SCP-XXXX’s eye displays the anomalous ability; whenever a subject looks into its eyes, it can only tell the absolute truth. Has an IQ score of 199, it is completely mentally stable and even stops to have conversations with its guards. When the guards were asked what the conversations consisted of, they said they were about different events in history. SCP-XXXX is shown to have extensive knowledge of events in history as well as scientific and mathematical knowledge. SCP-XXXX wears a white button-up shirt, a red tie, a red sweater vest, and black pants. It carries a small pocket watch with a star emblem on the top. The pocket watch has been designated SCP-XXXX-A. SCP-XXXX never parts ways with the SCP-XXXX-A. SCP-XXXX-A has the ability to travel forward and backward in time when adjusting the hands on the watch.
Addendum: SCP-XXXX has had multiple cases of disappearing from his CC, whenever staff go to give it food. It was gone, SCP-XXXX was found in a near-by city attempting buy a, quote 'real meal'. He was re-contained shortly after. When asked why he escaped, he simply stated "My sweater vest was getting too small. The food you give me is not the best for trying to stay slim." SCP-XXXX is now known to care about his weight.
Addendum: During an interview with SCP-XXXX, it expressed interest in becoming a researcher for the foundation. SCP-XXXX was granted an application to the O5 council for review. The O5 granted SCP-XXXX a trial period to see how well he preforms as a Junior researcher.
Addendum: SCP-XXXX is now a researcher for the foundation. He has been allowed clearance level 3 and is free to walk around the facility. This will not only prevent him from attempting to escape, but could also prove to make some break throughs.
