Description: SCP-XXXX is a recurring psychiatric phenomenon that occurs when viewing any SCP documents at a period of 1 hour or more, either via direct observation or surveillance camera, this phenomenon only affects sentient beings. Due to the phenomena, the 05 Council had a consensus to limit the observation of SCP documents to a minimum of 15 minutes and to grant all SCP documents to a high clearance credential.

What this phenomenon is very unknown to the foundation. Personnels who observed SCP documents are to be examined at Site-17. Several analogy attempts to discover what this phenomenon is has failed. Subjects who observed SCP documents are labeled as SCP-XXXX-1
