Special Containment Procedures:
Description: Dragonic entity living on the Taal Volcano
Special Containment Procedures:
Description:
idea: a person SCP where everything that that person knows and will know will be known by every person on the planet.
danger: imagine if that person discovers the foundation
danger2: imagine if that person gets affected by an infohazard
Special Containment Procedures: Two mobile outposts disguised as U.S. military vessels are currently deployed around SCP-XXXX. Each vessel is equipped with specialized scanning sonar technology designed to reduce the acoustic range of SCP-XXXX. Malfunctioning or damaged sonar vessels are to be repaired or replaced in the shortest time possible. On-site personnel is required to wear protective hearing gear to prevent hearing loss from SCP-XXXX.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a malformed blue whale (Baleonptera musculus) of unnatural size, measuring 70-m in length and weighing an estimated 400 tons. Despite being incapable of locomotion due to its massive size and the relative proportions of its dorsal fins, SCP-XXXX does not seem to experience difficulty staying afloat. How SCP-XXXX been able to sustain its metabolic needs, as not having observed to actively feed, is currently unknown.
Every thirty to forty hours, SCP-XXXX emits a continuous burst of ultra high amplitude sound designated as SCP-XXXX-A, lasting for two to five minutes. Prior to containment, this sound has an acoustic range of 300 to 500 km and an average amplitude of 168 decibels.
Approximately 20 to 30 minutes after an SCP-XXXX-A event, any cetacean (designated as SCP-XXXX-B) within its acoustic range will be affected by its primary anomalous effect. This effect manifests as otoacoustic emissions1 resembling human vocalizations lasting for two to seven minutes. After the duration of SCP-XXXX-A's effect, the SCP-XXXX-B instance would lose its ability to swim and eventually expired due to drowning.

Special Containment Procedures: Undercover Foundation operatives have coordinated with the Swedish Police Authority to establish a monitoring perimeter on areas affected by SCP-XXXX. In case of an accidental civilian breach, witnesses are to detained as soon as possible and be administered with Class-D amnestics if deemed necessary.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a network of sidewalks, alleys, and walking trails in Stockholm, Sweden. Physically, SCP-XXXX is indistinguishable from nearby non-anomalous footpaths and have shown no unusual topological characteristics. However, Hume readings within the boundaries of SCP-XXXX are often above average, ranging from 130-150 to 170-250 humes.
After approximately forty minutes, gunshot wounds, second to third-degree burns, lacerations, and other forms of injuries will begin to appear on humans walking on SCP-XXXX. These injuries inflicted by SCP-XXXX appear to be less severe as most subjects have been capable of sustaining physical damage far in excess of normal human durability. Bullet, burn and explosion marks have been also observed to appear on SCP-XXXX or the surrounding environment, especially on corners and intersections.
Subjects that have expired or become incapacitated within SCP-XXXX will undergo a rapid atomic transfiguration event and turn into a powder-like residue visually similar to ash. Successfully reaching the "end" of SCP-XXXX does not produce additional anomalous effects.

Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Safe
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is currently stored in a high-security locker located at Site-11. Access to SCP-XXXX is to be supervised by at least two personnel with Level-3 Clearance or above.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a plane mirror, approximately 15 cm by 18 cm by 1 cm in size, with no discernible frame or blemishes. When not under physical contact from a human being, reflections normally produced by SCP-XXXX appear to be in third person, instead of producing laterally inverted virtual images as observed in ordinary plane mirrors. Due to the entire presence of SCP-XXXX in its own reflection, this allows an effect known as "infinity mirror" to occur. Both sides of SCP-XXXX are reflective, and does exhibit these properties.
A person in direct physical contact to SCP-XXXX immediately falls into unconsciousness, regardless of body position or status. This effect occurs upon the moment of contact, and seems to produce an unidentified form of paralysis, causing the person to become paralyzed in all muscle conditions. Suspected to be also caused by the said paralysis, current subjects appear to be unaware of this effect, claiming to have not experienced this state at all. Removing SCP-XXXX immediately causes the person to regain consciousness, while instantly returning the reflections to their supposed content. Since acquisition, current subjects have demonstrated the capacity to voluntarily influence the their own reflections in SCP-XXXX, as well as recall all of their activities from these images.
While images produced by SCP-XXXX when held by a person still maintains the third person view, the overall landscape that is displayed appears to experience a paused state, strongly resembling a still image. Any phenomena occurring upon the moment of contact receives this effect, including those not present within the reflections of SCP-XXXX, as if have been suspended in animation. Despite the state of the background and the actual person in reality, this state seems to exclude the image of the person involved, as though experiencing continuity by performing actions against the still landscape displayed from SCP-XXXX. Although has not been observed to disappear, SCP-XXXX appears to be absent in these reflections for reasons currently unknown. Analysis from observations reveal that subjects' images behave as if SCP-XXXX simply does not exist, without any reported response due to the absence of object. When interviewed, subjects simply claim that they don't remember whether SCP-XXXX was actually absent or not.
Addendum 1: Test Logs
Experiment Log XXXX-1
Researcher(s): Dr. Eldin Kenoma, Dr. Kristle Winters, Dr. Graeme Vinycomb
Subject(s): D-15001
Foreword: Initial tests conducted upon the discovery of SCP-XXXX's anomalous properties. It should be noted that D-15001 and SCP-XXXX remained on Room #331b all throughout these tests, with each test performed on irregular intervals.
Experiment 1.1a
Instruction: None.
Observation: D-15001 remained on bed for approximately 20 minutes. No reported unusual activity.
Excerpt from Interview: Nah. Nothing seems unusual.
Experiment 1.1b
Instruction: Inspect the testing chamber.
Observation: Following 18 attempts on opening the chamber door, D-15001 proceeded to apply brute force.
Excerpt from Interview: I don't know how, but the door handle was missing. How was I suppose to open it, huh?
Notes: Although the chamber door was indeed mechanically locked, researchers report to have not observed such case.
Experiment 1.1c
Instruction: Leave the testing chamber. (Chamber door unlocked)
Observation: D-15001 successfully opened the chamber door using the door handle. Upon leaving, D-15001 proceeded to inspect the researchers facilitating the test. No further unusual events documented.
Excerpt from Interview: Did time just stopped? You guys act as if you don't see me. Though you're all still blinking so I'm not sure about that. Or are you all paralyzed?
Experiment 1.2a
Instruction: Proceed to Test Chamber 331a and fire the designated pistol.
Observation: D-15001 successfully left Test Chamber 331b and walked to the instructed location for approximately 2 minutes. Upon arrival, D-15001 attempt to fire but nothing happened. Following 4 other failed attempts, the test was concluded.
Excerpt from Interview: Was the magazine empty? I forgot to check.
Notes: It should be noted that the pistol contains five rounds of ammunition.
Experiment 1.2b
Instruction: (Same as previous test)
Observation: D-15001 successfully left Test Chamber 331b and walked to the instructed location for approximately 50 seconds. D-15001 successfully fired five shots from the pistol.
Excerpt from Interview: I'm sure I fired the gun, there were five gunshot sounds you know. But for some shit, I couldn't find any damage to the wall, like I didn't do a shit!
Notes: Analysis from the video footage revealed a slight blur to the wall parallel to D-15001, occuring every time the D-15001 pulls the trigger.
Experiment 1.2c
Instruction: (Same as previous test)
Observation: D-15001 performed no action, maintaining a steady position until the test was forcibly ended after approximately 20 minutes.
Notes: After removing SCP-XXXX, D-15001 remained unconscious for approximately 6 hours. All attempts to wake the D-15001 have failed. Upon regaining consciousness, D-15001 claimed to have no memories of the event.
Experiment 1.3a
Instruction: Proceed to Parking Lot #57 and drive the parked vehicle.
Observation: D-15001 successfully left Test Chamber 331b and walked to the instructed location for approximately 17 minutes without incident. Upon arrival, D-15001 attempted to start the intended car using an unidentifed key. Following 19 other failed attempts, the test was concluded.
Excerpt from Interview: No, it was the right key. And you only gave me one key, you forgot?
Notes: Subsequent analysis revealed a slight blur to the key every time D-15001 inserts it to the keyhole.
Experiment 1.3b
Instruction: (Same as previous test)
Observation: D-15001 successfully left Test Chamber 331b and walked to the instructed location for approximately 15 minutes without incident. Although D-15001 used the intended key as instructed, the action was successfully performed on a different car parked nearby. D-15001 behaved as if it was the vehicle used from the previous experiment.
Excerpt from Interview: No, it was not a different car.
Notes: Analysis is ongoing.
Experiment 1.3c
Instruction: (Same as previous test)
Observation: D-15001 successfully left Test Chamber 331b and walked to the instructed location for approximately 14 minutes without incident. D-15001 successfully drove the intended vehicle for approximately 30 minutes across different streets until the test was concluded.
Excerpt from Interview: Other than those people and vehicles just chilling in the middle of the road, which I still think is weird, I'd say I enjoyed the ride.
Experiment 1.4a
Instruction: Using the vehicle from the previous test, drive to Sawtooth National Recreational Area and make camp at Falls Creek Valley using the supplies provided from the vehicle.
Observation: D-15001 drove to the intended location for approximately 50 minutes, hiking towards the camp site for another 2 hours. D-15001 successfully established camp upon arrival as instructed, and remained on camp for another 3 hours until the test was concluded.
Excerpt from Interview: I'm starting to like whatever this thing is. I mean, even though I saw people along the road, which are still frozen in time by the way, I feel this calming senstation of solitude. Especially during my time at the camp. I feel this overwhelming peace just from the breeze of cold wind and the graceful dancing of the trees.
Notes: Researchers note to have not observed the phenomenon mentioned by D-15001 at the last statement.
Experiment 1.4b
Instruction: Using the vehicle from the previous test, proceed to camp at Falls Creek Valley and remain there for further instruction.
Observation: No unusual activity reported during the travel towards the camp. D-15001 remained on camp site for approximately 3 days without any noticeable changes in behavior and the overall landscape.
Excerpt from Interview: I don't remember feeling hungry, thirsty, or even sleepy back there. It was all just eternal twilight there, so I could barely notice the progress of time. Was that really for 3 days? Geez. Can I eat now, please? I'm really starving.
Notes: Since researchers report to have observed direct sunlight all throughout the test, D-15001 was asked to elaborate the term "eternal twilight", which D-15001 did not respond. Further attempts to determine the meaning behind the term resulted to failure and varying degrees of annoyance from D-15001, repeating the last sentences stated from the excerpt.
Experiment 1.4c
Instruction: (Same as previous test)
Observation: No unusual activity reported during the travel towards the camp. For the course of 15 days, D-15001 remained within the location of the camp, performing unidentified gestures at irregular intervals until the test was concluded.
Excerpt from Interview: Wow! I was there for 15 days? Gosh. Is there any KFC or anything like that nearby? I'm starving. I'm not saying I'm hungry, I just want to eat.
Experiment 1.4d
Instruction: (Same as previous test)
Observation: No unusual activity reported during the travel towards the camp. D-15001 remained on camp for 32 days, [REDACTED] at irregular intervals until the test was forcibly ended.
Notes: D-15001 remained unconscious even after removal of SCP-XXXX. All attempts to wake the subject have failed. D-15001 died after 12 days due to starvation.
