Item #: SCP-4658
Item Class: Euclid Keter
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4658 is to be kept in a 5x5 foot 5-inch thick glass container. This container is to be kept in a small concrete room with no ventilation. The entrance to SCP-4658's cell must be properly sealed at all times. Nobody is allowed to enter SCP-4658's containment chamber without confirmation that SCP-4658 is properly sealed in its glass box. Anyone leaving SCP-4658 containment chamber must make sure the door is sealed with no holes. Any holes must be reported and be repaired immediately.
Description: SCP-4658 is a somewhat sentient collection of particles of gas, which, when inhaled by any biological creature, forces it into extreme psychosis. Due to its sentience, if there is even a nanometer long hole in its containment chamber, it will escape. During instances of a breach, all foundation personnel must wear an assigned "4658 Gas Mask"1. Special vacuums have been installed all over the facility to make sure that during a breach, 4658 can be re-contained. SCP-4658 has learned how to escape the vacuum, so we have equipped a few guards with a special vacuum far stronger than the regular ones.
Addendum 1:
On ██/██/████ , D-6348 was brought into SCP-4658's containment chamber to make sure there were no holes. During inspection, he did find a hole. He started breathing heavily, which made him inhale 4658. He began screaming, saying things along the lines of "Get off me!" and "I'm Sorry", mixed in with crying and running around the room. Eventually, he collapsed in a corner, still crying and yelling. He looked around the room, whispering things like "Mom? Dad?" among other family members. One minute later, and started saying "I Didn't Do It!!!" and "No, No, NONONONO". He began hitting himself and tearing into his skin, ripping out vital organs and losing blood quickly, before dying a bloody and painful death. His skin began to decay and mold quickly. Not even his bones remained, and all that was left was blood and other bodily fluids. MTF Beta 7 "Maz Hatters" were dispatched into the room and contained 4658. They repaired the box and made sure no trace of D-6348 or 4658 were left outside of the container.
