Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Safe
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX should always be kept in a standard humanoid containment cell except during his free roam hours when he is allowed to roam the foundation freely with no restrictions until the free roam time ends. SCP-XXXX-B should be kept in a standard locker inside the containment cell of SCP-XXXX.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a humanoid creature that resembles the appearance of an average human person. It has a height of 1.83 meters with a mainly dark skin tone. He resembles the intelligence of an average human male, his body is completely stationary in the terms that he never evolves, learns, nor grows in any way. SCP-XXXX has an anomalous ability that makes him invincible in any discussion, this anomaly is referred to as "The Contradiction", it allows SCP-XXXX to win any discussion he enters while never being wrong and always making the opposite side of the discussion contradict itself, he creates solid, strong arguments in a matter of seconds with this ability, his intelligence seems to increase temporarily while the ability is active seems to sometimes edit the ideas and opinions of the subject participating in the discussion with SCP-XXXX, everything in order to win the discussion no matter what. Every time he edits the ideals of the opposite side of the discussion in order for him to win everybody around in a radius of 60m is also affected by the Contradiction, the effects are completely temporary since every subject who has experienced this always remembers how his opinion/argument regarding the situation was edited.
SCP-XXXX is also the supposed owner of SCP-XXXX-B, a small, purple stretchable ball that is for some unknown reason, unbreakable. SCP-XXXX has been seen using this ball many times throughout the foundation, he uses it before, during, and after discussions. He uses it as a stress relief in most of the occasions, mainly while he is participating in a discussion, It is not known why SCP-XXXX does this, but after testing it has been concluded that he generates stress when he uses his abilities, and SCP-XXXX-B is what he uses for stress-relief. This determined stress ball also possesses an anomalous ability, to transfer stress from one creature to another, this ability is used by SCP-XXXX to contain his own stress to then insert it on himself again, SCP-XXXX himself has stated that he controls how his brain works using the stress he himself generates. SCP-XXXX-B has been used with other subjects in order to understand how it works, some of the subjects stated that during testing, they had gained control over their brains and some parts of their body when they used SCP-XXXX-B. This energy the SCP-XXXX-B transfers seems to also have a direct connection with SCP-XXXX, some hours after SCP-XXXX-B was returned to SCP-XXXX previous subjects started to experience extreme, sudden stress attacks, this was all caused by SCP-XXXX transferring his stress to the other subjects indirectly through SCP-XXXX-B, confirming how the anomalous object, SCP-XXXX-B, works.
Since the "stress" SCP-XXXX-B transfers from one creature to another is actually not stress, instead it is an energy that gives the subject certain control over his brain or body, this creates actual stress on the subject, so the "stress" the transferring ability works with has been determined as "Transpose Regulative Anatomic Energy" (TRAE) and the transferring ability itself as "TRAE Management" (TRAEM).
There is no real explanation for the abilities of SCP-XXXX nor SCP-XXXX-B, but after studying the body of SCP-XXXX it has been concluded that his anatomy is very different from the one of a proper human. The most notable feature about it its the brain and how it works, instead of controlling his body with his brain, he uses his brain as a station, where he keeps TRAE to then transfer it through his whole body, and that is how his organic system works. Its whole body works using TRAE to work and move, SCP-XXXX possesses certain organs that he uses to create TRAE and send it to the brain, which then multiplies the TRAE to then release it again through the body. This may a possible answer to his anomalous abilities, but as stated previously, there is no real answer.
The following is an interview with SCP-XXXX done with the purpose of learning more about the TRAEM and the TRAE.
Interviewed: SCP-XXXX
Interviewer: Dr.███████
<Begin Log>
Dr.███████: Good Afternoon Mr.XXXX, or how may I refer to you?
SCP-XXXX: Good Afternoon, you can refer to me as XXXX, I don't have a real preference, so just call me XXXX.
Dr.███████: Ok then, Mr.XXXX, This Interview will be recorded for research purposes, just advising you, now I want to learn about your stress artifact.
SCP-XXXX: Artifact? I think you are referring to my relief buddy Christian.
Dr.███████: I see, it has a name, that is not really important, what I and the Foundation want to know is where does it, or Christian, comes from?
SCP-XXXX: Christian is my good old friend, he used to talk a lot, until that day when he became just a sad little ball.
Dr.███████: Christian was a live being, tell me more.
SCP-XXXX: I don't like to think about it, it causes me and him to stress, but at the same time Christian helps me relieve it, he makes me feel good while remembering the old times with him.
Dr.███████: Christian was and IS still alive?
SCP-XXXX: Yes.
Dr.███████: How is he alive if he is just a "Sad Little Ball" as you call him?
SCP-XXXX: This is Christian's Brain, it can talk to me and only I can hear him, he is connected to me because we are brothers.
Dr.███████: Tell me more.
SCP-XXXX: Our brains collide together, Christian became this sad little ball when he went nuts for the first time, started making everyone around him feel bad until I had to do it. (At this point on the conversation SCP-XXXX started to show various stress signals)
Dr.███████: What did you do?
SCP-XXXX: I assassinated Christian and preserved his brain, so he didn't cause more trouble to me and my people. (SCP-XXXX starts to shake and tremble while sweating and heating up)
Dr.███████: Your people?
SCP-XXXX: I'm not comfortable talking about that, it stresses me more than Christian, can we please end this Interview?
Dr.███████: We may.
[End Log]
Closing Statement: After this Interview it has been discovered that SCP-XXXX-B is alive, and is the remainings of the brain of "Christian", the apparent brother of SCP-XXXX, this may lead to further investigation.
Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Euclid
Special Containment Procedures: The area surrounding both of the access Gateways to SCP-XXXX's territory are to be monitored at all times and in case an instance of SCP-XXXX tries to escape the area it shall be neutralized with no previous advice.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a collection of multiple instances which inhabit various zones inside the major instance of SCP-XXXX. These instances are divided in four categories which are Bloodborne, Gateway, Individual, and Hive. All of the instances of SCP-XXXX except for Instance G are ''Lightseeking'' and react differently to the presence of it and some even seem to feed from it. The following is a Spreadsheet containing all the information about each instance.
| Instance |
Category |
Description |
| A |
Individual |
SCP-XXXX-A is a Humanoid bipedal figure resembling the physical qualities of the Anavitrinella Pampinaria Moth species. It is a light-seeking creature, which means it constantly is in search for light and acts aggressively when something is privatizing it from it. It does not cooperate with other members of its species and most of them seem to live as independent organisms and will even attack other members of its species if necessary to obtain the light it seeks. They reproduce asexually through eating a denominated ''Blood-Honey'', which is a substance these creatures make through the process of pollinating blood of different instances of SCP-XXXX, this process also needs light to be done and can produce (approximately) from 5 to 27 SCP-XXXX-A eggs which will hatch in a cycle of 2 weeks. |
| B |
Bloodborne |
SCP-XXXX-B is a mammal-like creature which resembles the hair patterns of the Pteropodidae species. It is very similar to Instance A in the fact that it is also an instance which does not try to coexist with the other instances. Instance B feeds on the pollinated blood of its preys and generally has long hunting sessions, it is also light-seeking, so hunting is preferred when thy are in constant contact with light. They can pollinate the blood of their preys just as Instance-A, but rather than using it for breeding asexually, they use it for simple subsistence. They reproduce sexually and do not lay eggs as thy bipedal contrary and live inside dark places during the supposed daytime of SCP-XXXX, and hunt during the "Light Hours" of SCP-XXXX. |
| C |
Hive |
SCP-XXXX-C is the 3rd Instance of SCP-XXXX to be discovered, it is a humanoid creature of short stature that resembles the appearance and physical qualities of a human toddler, while also having a high intelligence. It is probably the only intelligent life in SCP-XXXX which is not potentially human but rather a total new species, thy work together as a hive with their own queen which is labeled as "Mother" and the workers which are labeled as "Child", all children can serve as a mother in case one dies or goes missing and all mothers work to birth children. They reproduce asexually by eating pollinated blood (Which is different from the "Honey Blood" Instance A or B Produce) and laying eggs. Children work in patterns of a fabric, following synchronized movement speeds and in case one of the children becomes inconsistent or directly stops working it will be consumed by the other children or thrown into the hole of their hive which leads to an entrance to Instance-H. They have Lightseeking properties and work under the light their Mothers emit constantly as their eyes have a bright golden tone which fills the entirety of the hive. |
| D |
Individual |
SCP-XXXX-D is a Humanoid creature which is suspected to be actually not an Instance of SCP-XXXX; But rather a human who finds shelter inside SCP-XXXX. It has the physical qualities of a supposed 60 year old man with certain athletic qualities, it inhabits SCP-XXXX-E which seems to protect it from outside dangers and other instances of SCP-XXXX, SCP-XXXX-D also seems aggressive towards human investigators of the facility who have entered SCP-XXXX-E or SCP-XXXX by itself. SCP-XXXX acts as a Guardian for the "Gateway Doors" of SCP-XXXX-E, protecting them from what he identifies as dangers and constantly monitoring the different Gateways, it also serves as a guardian for the supposed electric generators of SCP-XXXX-E which seem to be the only source of electricity and as a result; light in SCP-XXXX-E and probably are connected to the entirety of SCP-XXXX's territory. It also has Lightseeking properties as it has shown signs of possible Achluophobia. |
| E |
Gateway |
SCP-XXXX-E is a structure with an area of approximately 200m² resembling the architecture modern day American home, it contains an attic and a basement where the denominated "Gateway Doors" of SCP-XXXX-E can be found, the attic contains various devices which seem to act as Security cameras for the basement. The basement containing the Gateway Doors extends to an underground facility composed of 9 rooms, each one with 20m² of area approximately, every room contains at least 3 doors with the exception of the 1st room which connects with the main building and has only 2 doors, but to compensate structurally the 2nd room contains 4 doors. The 3rd door of room 7 is a "Gateway" that leads to a Mausoleum's back door which is located in █████ ████████, U.S.A. |
| F |
Bloodborne |
SCP-XXXX-F is another Humanoid Instance of SCP-XXXX, which is probably the most aggressive compared to all of the other sentient Instances, it is Bloodborne and has a specific Lightseeking property which makes it seek for not only light but also electric energy in general. It has a pale skin that is fluorescent in the dark, depending on how many light the creature has been exposed to and for how long, it hunts individual preys during dark times and uses its fluorescent property to attract other instances of SCP-XXXX and proceed to feed from them. It is not capable of pollinating blood but still has its own method of processing it; "Blood Infusion". It collects the blood and inserts it into little skin bags which hang from its back and head, then it proceeds to absorb light through its skin pores and "Infuses" the blood with it, to finally end the process by eating the Infused Blood directly of the denominated "Infusion Bags" (Skin Bags). |
| G |
Hive |
SCP-XXXX-G is a Colony-Like Instance of SCP-XXXX, it is composed of multiple beings who work together in different classes, Worker Class, Warrior Class, and the Queen. This Instance works as a Colony of Ants and have insect qualities while also possessing wings and the worker class has an addition of 2 back legs which are significantly bigger than the others and can scale to be half the size of the creature's whole body. The Warriors have the same qualities but in their wings, getting to be the size of hummingbird wings, which allow them to fly rapidly and attach to their preys head. Finally the Queens are variants of this Instance which stick to the trunk of SCP-XXXX-H and collect Sap from Instance H to then process it into little spheres for the workers and warriors to collect and feed from. Queens are completely stationary and are the biggest form of a SCP-XXXX-G Instance getting to be the size of an average human head. |
| H |
Gateway |
SCP-XXXX-H is the last Instance of SCP-XXXX to be discovered, it is a tree resembling the appearance and physical qualities of a tree of the Adansonia Species, it produces a denominated "Sap" which is fluorescent and is consumed daily by Instances of SCP-XXXX-G. Instance H lays below one of Instance C's Hives, it is accessed through a hole in the bases of an Instance C's hive which leads to the most elevated section of Instance H. Instance H is inhabited by Instance G, which feed from the Sap it produces and seek shelter inside it, Instance G is the only Instance of SCP-XXXX which is not Lightseeking but Instance H actually is. It takes all the light coming from the Hive of Instance C to feed itself and grow more while it also feeds from dead Queen Instances of Instance G, leaving a pitch-black shadow where Instances of Instance G roam freely and sometimes Instances of Instance C will hide in this dark zone of Instance H seeking shelter just to be consumed by Instance G. Instance H has a "Gateway" section at the bottom of the structure, which leads to what seems as a connection of bushes inhabited by multiple Instances of Instance G and then lead to the bottom part of an Oak Tree in a Cemetery in █████ ████████, U.S.A. |
The Major Instance of the SCP labeled as SCP-XXXX, it can be described as a place which coexists with our world, inhabited by different species of unknown creatures which reside in what seems as a small city composed of buildings and houses with modern architecture designs inside what seems to be a cave where no light can be found. There are Lightposts which contain cocoons of the different Instances of SCP-XXXX and emit light, these are used by the Lightseeking inhabitants of SCP-XXXX to survive daily and most of the time some are turned on and emit light while other just heat up but emit no light in inconsistent cycles. There are the labeled "Light Hours" in which every Lightpost in SCP-XXXX lights up and the cavern walls that surround the zone can be seen and most of the Instances go out to hunt or seek shelter in newly accessible zones because of the light. As well as Dark Hours in which every light is turned off and SCP-XXXX and its instances sort of "Sleep". There is one instance of SCP-XXXX who does not follow this pattern; Instance D, which is actively turning off the lights near Instance E when it's Light Hours and Turning them on when it's Dark Hours, it is supposed it does this to have a better control over the schedule of the other Instances and survive.
There are many structures who compose SCP-XXXX such as;
Three hives which are attached to the ground and go through the roof of the supposed cave SCP-XXXX is in, these hives contain Instance C and are the only access to Instances G and H
, these Hives emit light through Lightposts who are attached to these and have exposed cabling that leads to Instance E and this supports the theory about the Lightposts and Light Sources of SCP-XXXX being all powered by the generators in Instance E.
Instance E being at the end of a road that goes through the whole city-like structure of SCP-XXX. This road also connects to multiple houses where Instance A and B inhabit and is separated from the rest of SCP-XXXX by the Instance C Hives. Instance G and H also inhabit below this road.
The part of SCP-XXXX which is separated from the others houses Instance F in multiple houses with most being destroyed, it also houses Instances A and B in bigger structures where constant fights occur between these Instances, leading to these structures having holes in them which allow to see the Lightposts that go through them. When Light Hours arrive, most Instances of Instance F will sneak inside these bigger structures and start to hunt Instances A, B, or even other Instances C.
Discovery: SCP-XXXX was discovered after various people went missing in multiple suburbs of Denver, Colorado. It was traced back to a cemetery near the previously stated zone, in which various bodies of the missing subjects were found inside the local mausoleum, the SCP-Foundation sent officers to investigate in case of a possible anomaly and that is how the first Gateway of SCP-XXXX was found. The Gateway was a door found in the deepest section of the mausoleum, isolated from the rest of the crypt, an agent opened the door and found Instance E.
Addendum: There seems to be no link between the multiple disappearances in the suburbs of Denver, Colorado and SCP-XXXX.
