Special Containment Procedures: None required, given the nature of SCP-XXXX and the potentiality of it not being an anomalous occurrence at all but the machinations of naturally occurring instances of homo sapiens.

Description: SCP-XXXX was first noticed on 14/12/2019 at exactly 13:24 PM UDC on the second floor of Site-20-8-5. The anomaly occurred in the restroom adjacent to the Thaumaturgic Laboratories currently overseen by Dr. Bloodmoon. The first signs of a potential anomaly were reported by D-Class personnel that used the aforementioned restroom. No water was reaching either the faucets nor would the toilet water tanks get refilled once used. The resulting accumulation of human waste and other forms of refuse resulted in the provisional decommission of the restroom.
Despite numerous assessments of the entire pipe system of the site, no obstruction could be identified, nor was the phenomenon tied to pressure related fluctuations, i.e. overuse of the water supply. Additional investigations led to the conclusion that any H2O reaching the top floor plate of the sites first floor seized to exist.
Further resources were utilized to perform a technotheurgic string analysis, but no trans-dimensional relocation was confirmed. As such, we are required to enter this as an anomalous incident
