Physical Profile: Dr. Floyd-Whitney is a man in his late twenties, standing at about 5'11" with a rectangular body shape and a confident but composed posture. He is identifiable by distinctive catlike, moss-green eyes and a roundish but defined face. Keeps his dark brown hair at medium length, grown out but well-kept. He is usually clean-shaven.
Floyd-Whitney often wears a black three-piece suit, white collared shirt, and dark colored tie.

Psychological Profile: Dr. Floyd-Whitney is moderately intelligent, with an approximate IQ of 130. Floyd-Whitney suffers from a very mild “disconnect” caused by his line of work, resembling early symptoms of mild psychosis, which is usually not prominent and does not obstruct him from his work in any way but affects his personality from time to time. This trait may be somewhat attributed to Incident 8███-█3 or Incident 532-6674/8776 (see Addendums).
Personality-wise, Floyd-Whitney has a lighthearted exterior, which he uses to hide his inner emotions. He jokes around to distract himself from his line of work, which he finds fascinating but secretly terrifying. Other than his cover-up, he is essentially anti-superficial; he puts things exactly as he sees them, whether it involves work or social interaction, in a ditzy, airy, and often comically naive way.
Concerning Incident 532-6674/8776, Dr. Floyd-Whitney was temporarily put in an extended period of trance caused by the effects of SCP-6674. While in this state, Floyd-Whitney was rendered psychotic and violent for prolonged periods. It should be known that after undergoing intensive therapy and supervision, Dr. Floyd-Whitney is currently no longer suffering from these episodes.

Background: Floyd-Whitney was born in Glasgow, Scotland, but moved to Baltimore, Maryland at an early age. Being from a moderately wealthy family, Floyd-Whitney had access to good education as a child. After graduating from high school with an academic scholarship, Floyd-Whitney went on to study biophysics and eventually changed to biology. He graduated from Stanford University in California with a degree in biology and went on to become a biological engineer in New Mexico. The Foundation noticed him for his prestigious and often unorthodox methods in the biomechanics field and offered to recruit him. Floyd-Whitney initially refused. However, after Incident 8███-█3, he accepted the Foundation’s appeal.

Physical Profile: Mallary Kandinsky is a young Caucasian female of German-Italian descent with hazel eyes, shoulder-length brown hair dyed blonde and a heart-shaped face. Kandinsky stands at about 5’3” and is relatively skinny yet well-built and strong.
When off-duty and not dressed in standard security scrubs, Kandinsky prefers a slim T-shirt, waxed cotton jacket, pleated plaid skirt, sneakers, and simple black stockings or white knee-length socks.

Psychological Profile: Kandinsky has a spontaneous personality coupled with a blunt yet witty sense of humor. Her casual life languid and carefree, while off work, Kandinsky can best be described as a “free spirit”.
She does not, however, allow her personal life interfere with her line of work, which she takes very seriously. There is a stark contrast between her personality and behavior when working and when relaxing.
On the job, Kandinsky is extremely resourceful, tackling problems with a no-nonsense attitude. She has a logical mindset and allows nothing to distract her from the task at hand. As a result of this, however, Kandinsky often isolates herself from external stimuli and people, which may lead to short-term psychological stress or unintentional social seclusion.
Kandinsky has no known psychological disorders or mental conditions.

Background: Kandinsky was born in Dallas, TX but grew up in Philadelphia, PA. She graduated top of the class from [REDACTED] HS but decided to enlist in the U.S. Marine Corps instead of going to college. She was deployed in Afghanistan in 20██ with a counterintelligence MOS. Due to her proficiency in both counterintelligence and live combat, she was also assigned to a small squad, which specialized in taking out enemy spy operations. The team was eventually led by Kandinsky, after the previous squad leader [DATA EXPUNGED].

Four years after Kandinsky enlisted, she was recognized by Agent ████ for her ability to think clearly in combat situations, understanding of tactics, practical intelligence, and thorough knowledge of counterintelligence. She now works for the Foundation as a security agent, and takes an interest in memetic SCPs.

Physical Profile: Halley is a Caucasian male of 30 years old. He stands at 5’10” and has an ectomorph body shape, although he is somewhat lean rather than thin. Halley has a tan complexion and wavy brown hair. Most noticeably, he has and was born with permanently dilated pupils (which he often uses sunglasses to hide, as well as to shield his sensitive eyes from light).

Halley’s usual outfit consists of khakis, a light dress shirt (usually left untucked), a dark tie, dress shoes, occasionally a leather jacket, and the aforementioned sunglasses.

Psychological Profile: Halley is quite intelligent, with an IQ of about 150. Personality-wise, he acts eccentric, absentminded, and is often easily aggravated.

Halley’s personal mindset can be described as “nihilist”. This most likely comes from his experience with dealing with anomalous objects and entities, and possibly from his considerable intellect. Most of his personal beliefs sprout from a central belief, which is that humans know very little about the universe.

Background: Halley was born in Utah. A██ Halley, his mother, was 18 years old at the time, and died during childbirth. His father is unknown. Halley was raised by his aunt in California, attended college at UCLA, then moved to [REDACTED] to begin working for the Foundation.

Halley’s high IQ was discovered at the age of 10, after taking the WISC-V test. He was later placed in an advanced schooling program in Oakland, CA, and afterwards graduated high school at the age of 16. Halley moved on to graduate from UCLA at the age of 20, with a degree in biomechanical engineering.

The SCP Foundation became aware of Halley after an outbreak of SCP-████ on the UCLA campus, where after the SCP escaped the airtight container which an MTF unit used to contain it, a better airtight repository - which had been designed and constructed by Halley only a few weeks prior - was used. Halley’s repository was initially designed to secure dangerous air-based pathogens, which rendered it perfect for the capture and containment of SCP-████.

After the first airtight container was broken, J███ Stewart, MTF officer, quickly searched for another container which could sufficiently (if only temporarily) hold the SCP. Stewart found Halley’s airtight repository in K█████ Hall, where it was being stored, and used it to contain SCP-████.

Not only did Halley’s repository succeed to contain the SCP, but it managed to do so more efficiently than the standard airtight container used by the MTF unit (which was designed in 2005 by M███ Regus, a senior researcher at the Foundation).

Later, containment specialist R████ Hugo and Director H█████ G█████ appealed for Halley’s airtight repository to be set as the standard for small SCP containment, and the appeal was approved. After this, Agent W██████ Fargo discovered the identity of the inventor of the new repository and recommended him to the Foundation, writing “(Halley) has been shown to have an extensive knowledge of biomechanics and mechanical engineering … He also has a high IQ. He would make an excellent on-site specialist.”

Halley was later visited by Agent Fargo, informed of the SCP Foundation, and offered a 6-month internship at Site ██, after which a job opportunity awaited. Halley accepted, and has been working at the Foundation for about 9 years.

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-8866 is held inside a standard 3 x 3 x 3 meter containment unit in Site 42. The unit's walls should be lined with aluminum and lighting systems should be protected by reinforced glass. No electronic devices should be brought inside SCP-8866's enclosure.

Description: SCP-8866 is a middle-aged human male sporting several cybernetic augmentations across his body. The augmentations manifest in small agglomerations of compact processing units, small computer monitors, and circuit wiring appearing in clusters around the face and chest that are fused to the male's body.

The left side of the male's face is obscured by a complex array of small CPUs, monitors, and various sensory diodes. Monitors display colors, patterns or miscellaneous objects, often reflecting the mood or thought patterns of the SCP. Sensory diodes allow for enhanced audiovisual perception, as well as thermoception, olfaction, electroreception, magnetoreception, [DATA EXPUNGED], and a wider perception of the electromagnetic spectrum than humans possess. While the male's left eye is entirely concealed by electronics, the right eye, a portion of the nose, and the right ear appear to be fully functional.

A cluster of processing units and polyethylene tubes protrude from the chest, directly above the male's heart. This is believed to be a type of respiratory/breathing apparatus. A hollow depression in the center of this cluster exposes parts of the ribcage, heart and lungs, the latter two of which appear fully functional but damaged. Samples of lung tissue indicate lung cancer.

On various synovial joints such as knees, elbows, mechanical calipers have been fused with the joints in a manner that enhances the mobility of SCP-8866. SCP-8866 has notably been seen to go from a prone position to an upright position in very little time, and can travel on foot extremely quickly. However, the SCP is usually immobile.

The tips of the right index and middle fingers appear to have been severed, then fused with two small appliances made of steel, [REDACTED] and polymer. Protruding vertically from the devices are several small transistors, which can be used by SCP-8866 to directly concatenate or "link" with any electronic device, taking full control of it and any system it is connected to. SCP-8866 has presently (of █/██/2020) caused two (2) city-wide power outages by connecting to lighting systems and one (1) containment breach by connecting to a facility power branch.

SCP-8866 has also been able to intercept phone calls and hijack cellular networks via a universal wireless transmitter located in an unknown location on its body. This is circumvented by surrounding it by aluminium or other conductive, anti-frequency metals.

Attempts to communicate with SCP-8866 have been successful, and the SCP appears to be fully sentient. The SCP shows some hostility towards humans, but has never physically assaulted a staff member. The SCP communicates vocally in fluent English. While vocalizing, the male's mouth will rigidly open, and flat, metallic speech will emit from a speaker lodged somewhere in the male's throat.

History: SCP-8866 was found in an office at ██████ Laboratories, Inc. in ███████, WA on ██/██/1999. The SCP was unconscious for ██ hours, until it awakened, connected to a light fixture in its containment cell, and disabled the power at Site ██ and the neighboring city for █ minutes.

Special Containment Procedures: All discovered SCP-9098-1 instances are to be confiscated and stored at Site 42. Newspapers, news sites, personal blogs and other informational outlets in and around San Francisco, CA should be monitored for references to SCP-9098-1 instances. If there is any evidence of the appearance of an SCP-9098-1 instance, Foundation field agents should be sent to investigate the area and look for area-effective warning signs of an instance of SCP-9098-1. Warning signs are as follows:

Slight decrease in Hume levels within the area in which the SCP-9098-1 instance resides
Abrupt increase in temperature within the area
Interception of cellular signals or other wireless electronic connections within the area

As necessary, Class C amnestics are to be administered to civilians who have come into close contact with an instance of SCP-9098-1.

In the event of an instance of SCP-9098-2 escaping SCP-9098, the instance should be terminated.

Description: SCP-9098 is a pocket dimension or alternate reality accessible by means of SCP-9098-1 instances. SCP-9098 consists of a broad, rough terrain, of which the surface is entirely covered in human waste products. The landscape of SCP-9098 resembles a large garbage dump, though the expanse of garbage does not seem to end, and stretches to the horizon of the landscape. Terrain graphing has shown the topography of SCP-9098 to be identical to that of the area surrounding the city of San Francisco, CA.

Hume levels within SCP-9098 are marginally lower than normal. Air temperatures within SCP-9098 range from 32-50 degrees Celsius, with air humidity levels at approximately 70%. Radiation levels within SCP-9098 measure at about 6 Sv. Extended exposure to open air within SCP-9098 can result in overheating, acute radiation sickness, or [DATA EXPUNGED]. Prolonged exposure to open air within SCP-9098 usually results in death after ██ hours of exposure, with major symptoms taking effect after approximately ██ hours after initial exposure. The most commonly exhibited symptoms of prolonged exposure to SCP-9098 (before death) are as follow (in order from most to least common):

All wireless energy transmission ceases to function within SCP-9098. GPS trackers and cell phones stop operating, while other electronic equipment such as watches and recording devices still work on their own, although functions such as live broadcasting are rendered impossible.

SCP-9098-1 instances are waste products which appear outside of SCP-9098 (the manner in which SCP-9098-1 instances travel from SCP-9098 is unknown). All recorded instances of SCP-9098-1 have appeared within or up to ██ miles from the city of San Francisco, CA. SCP-9098-1 instances provide gateways to SCP-9098 by means of tangible cavities within the physical structure of the instance. When looking through the cavity, the landscape of SCP-9098 can be seen. It has been shown possible to send objects and living organisms safely through SCP-9098-1 gateways, where it/they will emerge within SCP-9098 through an identical replica of the SCP-9098-1 instance it/they entered. After passing through an SCP-9098-1 instance's gateway, the person or object may safely return in the same fashion. The type of cavity the gateways are accessible through is determined by the form of the SCP-9098-1 instance. Attempted (total) destruction of SCP-9098-1 instances has proven impossible (see Test Logs 9098-1-1 through 9098-1-5), though instances can be damaged or altered.

SCP-9098-2 instance recorded by MTF Lambda-5 ("White Rabbits") operative CPL ████ ████████

SCP-9098 is inhabited by large, winged creatures² furthermore classified as SCP-9098-2. SCP-9098-2 instances exhibit highly aggressive behavior towards humans and will attempt to disembowel and consume any nearby humans. SCP-9098-2 instances reside in subterranean cave systems underneath the surface of SCP-9098. Attempts to explore these cave systems have invariably resulted in death or mortal injury for the involved parties (several D-class personnel have been dispatched to SCP-9098).

On ██/29/2018, a unit of four MTF Lambda-5 operatives were sent into SCP-9098 via SCP-9098-1-d. The unit returned ██ hours later, reporting that one of their unit had been terminated by an SCP-9098-2 instance. The unit presented video footage and cell samples of SCP-9098-2 instances. Two of the unit, PFC ████ ███ and CPL ████ ████████, were suffering from symptoms of radiation poisoning at the time of returning. PFC ████ ███ expired after █ days in hospitalization. CPL ████ ████████ survived until █/9/2019, exhibiting more intense symptoms.

Two large growths containing protein mass have protruded from the back, and another growth from the tailbone protrudes from the lower back. Bone deformation occurring around teeth, carpals and tarsals, resulting in long, hooked phalanges and pointed teeth. PET scans indicate ██% brain tissue loss.

Symptoms: Body mass ███% larger than initial starting size. Growths protruding from back have split into branched, webbed structures made from protein mass, resembling avian pinions. Growth extending from tailbone now acts as a long extension of the vertebrae. Phalanges now resemble talons, and denticles are now long, thin and pointed. CPL ████ ████████'s body structure is now entirely unrecognizable as human. Due to aggressive episodes, CPL ████ ████████ has been moved to an E-class containment cell and attempts to provide treatment have been suspended.
