SCP-XXXX is currently in the posession of O5-█. O5-█ is allowed to make normal phone calls in the presence of non-foundation members or civilians. Under no circumstances should O5-█ be allowed to call SCP-XXXX-1 in public places, in the presence of civilians or level 3 or lower foundation personnel. O5-█may be allowed to initiate private calls with SCP-XXX-1 behind closed doors or in their personal residence.
All anomalies that are explained by SCP-XXXX-1 are to be kept as their original object class to avoid the leaking of this objects existence to unauthorized personnel.
Description:
SCP-XXXX is a cell phone, to be specific it is a black "Nokia 3310." The primary anomalous property of SCP-XXXX is that if an individual dials the number "███-███-████" the caller will be immediately answered by SCP-XXXX-1. SCP-6001-1 claims to be the progenitor of all realities. It Identifies itself as the one true creator of the universe and multiverse. when questioned about any of the aspects of anything it will give you the most accurate answer possible, but it tends to be a bit emotional about past events that involve close people committing crimes and the death of past SCP-XXXX holders. SCP-XXXX-1 displays a flamboyant and outgoing personality. SCP-XXXX-1 identifies as a male and usually speaks with a scottish accent. SCP-XXXX-1 is not easy to anger at all and usually expresses an attitude of positivity and respects the opinions of all living beings. The only things he does not tolerate are direct insults to anyone, murder and intentional violence of a non-protective nature .SCP-XXXX-1 makes virtually no effort to hide his omniscience and omnipotence. It is worth making note that the only individual capable making calls to SCP-XXX-1 is the one who previously dialed its number. The only known method of allowing another individual to call SCP-XXXX-1 is the death of the previous holder. SCP-XXXX is the only functional phone that current holder can be in posession of. If the current attempts to dispose of, or put away SCP-XXXX it will anomalously manifest in the current holders pocket(footnote1: if pockets are not present it will manifest itself in the right hand of the current holder). If the current holder attempts to buy a new phone said phone will not be functional.
Discovery:
SCP-XXXX was originally discovered in 1996 by a family member of O5-█ and given as a gift to them for their birthday. The family member was most likely unaware of the anomalous properties of SCP-XXXX as shortly after the small family gathering that was held for O5-█, he had attempted to contact the family member who had given him SCP-XXXX. O5-■ had made a one digit misdial and made contact with the entity known as SCP-XXXX-1. Since the date of ██/██/1996, SCP-XXXX has been in the posession of O5-█
