Special Containment Procedures: SCP-6013 should always be contained in a 5m x 5m x 5m steel container with the walls being 5mm thick. The only entrance/exit to the observatory room is a 10mm thick airlock seal door. Level 4 clearance is needed.
If any picture, photo, or anything resembling the anomaly is in a 1 kilometer radius, it will turn the picture, photo, etc… into himself. It will proceed to kill any living beings in it’s area with its weapon. Pictures or sculptures resembling a shadow figure are strictly prohibited for this reason.
On the occasion that SCP-6013 breaches containment, the entire site should light up with ultraviolet light. The ultraviolet light slows down SCP-6013 enough so the MTF Alpha-1 arrives, and reports the situation to the O5 Council (Any information past this point requires level 5 clearance).
Description: SCP-6013 is a skinny humanoid creature standing at 2 meters tall. His skin is pale and he wears a black business suit along with a charcoal colored pilot hat. SCP-6013 is actually quite charming during the day. His voice is low, and raspy, it’s almost soothing.He enjoys helping during the early mornings when people are waking up, and gets more aggressive as the sun sets. As the sun goes down it’s skin gets darker, and darker until it’s pitch black, matching his suit. The ends of his mouth go up his cheeks, almost level with his eyes. His eyes become bright red and it’s almost blinding to look at.
SCP-6013 has two forms. His main form being a human, which resembles a shadow figure. In this form he can grow bladed weapons (such as axes, swords, knives, and many more) out of his hands. The blade seems to match the color of his skin and clothes. SCP-6013’s second form is a puddle form, where it can phase through most objects, and can travel at speeds up to 4 meters per second. It is unknown what the exact material he is made of is. It is theorized that SCP-6013 (in puddle form) is made of either blood or oil, or a mixture of the two.
Discovery: SCP-6013 was discovered in an oil factory in ██████, PA. All the workers were brutally slaughtered and cut into pieces while he was in his puddle state. A mixture of blood and oil stained the wall, floors, ceiling, and equipment. This fluid was taken in for research purposes.
SCP-6013 has not been recorded to has eaten several onsite personnel during a breach on █/█/2001. SCP-6013 was captured in 2001, and since then it has breached 19 times out of containment each year on the same date. Every time it has escaped containment, it has always been the darkest time of the year, December ██-██.
