Special Containment Procedures: [Data Expunged]

Someone needs to find out who keeps editing this file and get them terminated. I want all staff to work on finding out who is deleting all the information on SCP-4393. Consider this as a top priority order.

— ████████████ Having troubles I see?

A note from researcher Dr. Idrogo on SCP-4393:
Whoever is causing these data removals will slip up one of these days. [Text Removed].

ITS NOT THAT SIMPLE YOU SEE
I WILL NOT SLIP UP
I CAN'T SLIP UP
FOR YOU HAVE CREATED ME
DON'T YOU REMEMBER THE FACTORY?

The documentation on SCP-4393 will now be terminated due to the fact that we are no longer in possession of it. Its whereabouts are currently unknown and it's deemed best that it stays that way so that there will not be any more cases of SCP data and files being deleted or removed. Data on SCP-173, SCP-106, SCP-096, SCP-003, SCP-1203, SCP-1111, SCP-049, SCP-012, and SCP-000 will need to be restored.

Due to multiple recurrences of the "phantom SCP" it is to be noted that any idiot who gets the idea that a memetic should be spread throughout an entire facility will be terminated.
Site Overseer

Just as a reminder to all who are not aware of the current situation, SCP-4393 is not a physically real SCP. It is just a way to label the "phantom SCP" event in which a memetic is spread throughout an entire facility. This causes staff to believe that there is a facility wide containment breach which results in panic and in short, entities get destroyed and documents get ruined. There has been observed several cases in which staff have reported believing that an entirely new SCP was present, thus the "phantom SCP" naming.
